Every time I use this, Dunkin’ Donuts, my drinks get handed to me with nearly a quarter of it missing every single time. It almost looks like somebody took gulps out of my drinks. I just went there for lunch today and ordered a Matcha latte, loaded, hashbrowns, And a bacon, egg and cheese. How did every single item come to me incorrect? I did not get the loaded hashbrowns, I got a wake up wrap with chipotle aïoli in it. The bacon egg and cheese came out burned. And I asked for almond milk in my Matcha latte, I got regular milk and now my stomach is going to be upset for the rest of the day because I didn’t realize until I left, Because I didn’t double check my order in the store because it took them nearly 20 minutes to complete it… The person behind taking my order seemed less than impressed to have a customer in front of him.

Ordered a drink... tag on it says caramel swirl and cream, I ordered caramel swirl made with whole milk. So I pull in a spot to go in and have them fix it But.... doors are locked at 7:30 am so now I have to wait in the drive thru line AGAIN. I get to the window and be like hey I ordered this with milk and it was made cream not only does the tag say cream but I can taste the difference. Can i get this remade.... She says no it wasn't, I caught it just before she put cream in it... the tag is just incorrect. So she just stood there and stared at me as I'm holding the cup up to the window. Window then closes and she walks off. Needless to say coffee went in the trash and I went to another dunkin. Posting this daily maybe just maybe they will try to do better next time!

Kids from the high-school constantly geeking out in there everytime I go there my drink somehow gets messed up I got a blueberry day dream from there and they managed to put wayyyyyyyy to much milk oat milk or what ever they use in it I've had it before and this thing made me gag yall got the color right but learn how to make your own drinks and food before hiring new employees bc damn ew brother won't be going back lost my business 100% also update ur damn phone beyond mad when I got home and wasn't able to get ahold of you and it says ur number is in ellsworth Maine couldnr even enjoy my drink that I payed $6 for

Never gone here and never will. I had dunkin at an airport once and it was the worst coffee and donuts I had ever eaten. Based just off of that, I would assume that this dunkin is no different and would be of the same crappy, awful, disgusting and absolutely horrid taste.

You noticed that I left my phone behind😭 I realized this and called from my husbands phone … 6 minutes after I left… like Dunkin’s angels… You two were safely keeping my phone for me.
I wish I had cash on me- you guys deserved a reward and I could not give it.

The attitudes the workers have is ridiculous. Its visible that two of the girls working in the back have zero desire to be there and one is on her cell phone more often than not. This is the last time i will be going there.
I am usually the last person to be a Karen about anything like this as someone from retail work but this place is either understaffed or feels understaffed because the workers are slow and avoid acknowledging anyone except when ordering. Ordered the exact same thing as the man before me, repeated it anyways so it was as easy as possible for them. Waited with no exaggeration, AT LEAST 20 mins, 11 am on a saturday, would've loved to ask if they messed up my drink and just say its ok and take the one after the guy before me, but I waited to ask and every worker totally avoided looking at anyone so I just left irritated and grabbed the one nobody else touched for 10 mins that I assume was mine that they messed up. For an almost $6 coffee I paid for I spent 20-30 mins in there and got a normal iced coffee instead thats probably half the price. I get it the job sucks but I'm not easily irritated and this place pissed me off

Never been to a Dunkin that messes up orders as much as this one. And to point out everytime I come to this Dunkin I wait for atleast 30 minutes to get my order when they’re are 5 cars max in line.
