Horrible service! Used the Drive Thru...asked to pull forward after paying. Waited so long finally went in the place...Verbally assaulted by another customer because I asked about my order. The customer was yelling at me telling me to get out. I never even said a word to him...why was he so abusive. The girl working never said a thing when I asked if there was a problem with my order. This place is awful and will report to Corporate office!

Frappe machine has been down for 2 months now. No customer has been apple to try the frappe due to inadequate equipment. I've been coming here for 6 years vary disappointing

Horrendous. Never timely and make you pull to the side with NOBODY else even waiting for food and you’re the only one there. Always getting orders wrong, rarely including napkins, and finding ways to do anything incorrect. If anyone argues for an increase in the minimum wage, they would change their minds after going to this location.

one of the girls that works the window is incredibly rude. rolls her eyes when asked to fill a cup all the way, makes customers wait 15+ minutes and doesn’t even have the decency to say “im sorry for the wait” (i wish i was joking). She should find a new job, shes young, take the opportunity now or learn how to interact with customers!

It's mcdonald's. And I chose to eat there..shrugs. it's one of the newer buildings, no play place aside from a couple game screens for kids. Neat and reasonably clean.

I stood at the register for three minutes. Your employees? Arguing about who’s coming/not coming in for their shift. I even made eye contact with two of them and still, no service. I’m sorry I wanted to pay with cash. Never coming here again
Three times in the last month I have ordered a frappe on my app just to be told their machine is being cleaned or down. The app needs an update that will let you know if something is unavailable. Nothing worse than driving somewhere to pick up your order only to be told they don't have the capacity to make the things on their menu. Not only did I waste my gas but I wasted my time... For the third time this month. Get it together! You are a multi-billion dollar corporation. Fix your machine so people can order frappes and McFlurries... Otherwise take them off your menu! 🙄
Update: Here we are 6 months later and the ice cream machine STILL isn't working at this location.

Built into a gas station, this tiny little McDonald's just about barely keeps up with the demand of it from the drive through window. Going inside there was a self-service terminal that was out of order and a single working one, but no associated in sight, and three confused older gentlemen who clearly required assistance and refused to use the self-service terminal. This made for a less than smooth transaction for all those waiting. Regardless, I had a good experience, and my food was prepared exactly as requested, and in a relatively timely manner.
