Ordered a BLT footlong. The second I picked up the bag it felt empty. It was literally 3 pieces of bacon, 3 tomatoes, 3 or 4 shreds of lettuce , 2 small drips of mayo . The only thing that was the correct portion for a foot long was the black olives I added...And it tasted like I was eating a Black olive sub Never have I ever gotten such a flimsy foot long in my life. It was my first time at this particular Subway, And also the last.... The guy behind the counter didn't even speak english , they need to train these people much longer , cause that's a joke for the prices they charge ....Keep driving to a Jersey Mikes , they know how to make subs 🤷🏻♂️

Not sure what’s going on at this location lately, but there never seems to be any staff around. You can stand at the counter for several minutes before someone with an earpiece finally comes out. This place seriously needs help before customers stop coming altogether and things get even worse

Used to love this place but now we go in and they are out of everything sometimes cheese meat or even bread. Not having Meatballs or something I get but bread cheese or meats in a sub shop is a bit much. Or I would understand if I go in 10/20 minutes before close. But I’m not. People working there are great and super nice but clearly something’s falling short

Great food the junior and senior sandwich artists were great, but the manager was yelling at their employees and swearing openly, even as they worked, the manager was doing nothing and borderline harassing her employees, and making jokes that distract them from work

Don’t bother using the app for this location. They do not read anything on it. Ordered a Titan Turkey, double meat ($4) with bacon ($3) and a BMT. The BMT was made correctly. The turkey neither had the Titan amount of meat nor double Titan amount AND no bacon. When they asked what I ordered I even said it out loud to them and it didn’t click with them. It’s even WRITTEN IN THE COMMENTS ON THE ORDER TO HEAT THE BACON AND NOTE THE DOUBLE MEAT!! Nope, didn’t help one bit. It’s happened before and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Never again. Oh. And let’s ask for a tip on the app before you even get to see whatever they make you. If you go here, order in person so you can help whoever is working understand how to read/listen and do their job, because they obviously were not trained to do so. I was given a refund once I went back, so there’s that.

I showed up on a Sunday afternoon for lunch, the gentleman was all alone but still provided excellent customer service despite having a line of 5 customers behind myself. He was very personable and professional and handled the situation appropriately.

Never in my life have I walked into an empty subway to be told by the sandwich maker coming from the back room that it would be a few minutes before she could help me, as an online order came in at the same time I did. And this online order was what she was doing instead of waiting on me. When did the online orders go ahead of a person standing in person to get a sandwich, while on lunch break mind you. It is/was extremely upsetting and disappointing. Needless to say, I did not stay to get my lunch.. I have worked at subway and this would have never happened where I worked.. It is Unacceptable!!
