I had Jason as a sandwich artist and he made me an amazing sandwich with an even better attitude, he looked like he enjoyed his job and it was a pleasant experience all around, If I had the power I'd give him a raise on the spot for dealing with people all day and still being so happy to help

My friend and I got Lauren as our sandwich artist. She made our sandwiches with the most perfect amount of meat and cheese that made the sandwiches amazing. We just wanted to say thank you and it makes us want to come back.

The produce is NOT fresh, it has been a problem for a while. If you skip the lettuce you may be ok if the tomatoes aren't on the way out. Today they were out of mayo. The staff was visibly embarrassed by this.

Tried to order online to get the online deal but ordering online was offline and could not. Tried to call to let then know because I wanted the buy 1 footlong get one free and they couldn't help me. Why jot allow me to get the deal over the phone of your online ordering is off? The workers knew nothing and helped in no way. Will not be ordering from here. Customer service was unhelful and horrible.
Friendly ppl but unfortunately the last 4 times I've stopped in mine and my fiancés sandwiches haven't been wrapped correctly as in the end always sticks out

ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS!!!!My experience in this shop was bad, I go to order a sandwich for me and my friends as we just got out of school, and we wait in line and when I order and ask if I can use a coupon that I had received in the mail and expiration on Christmas, they said yes you can use that, then they go to say you have to cut that out before you can use it. And I think to myself “do I carry scissors on me?” “No, who does?!?” So I rip it out and the man working scans it and it goes through then I try to use a gift card and it get declined even though they said it had enough money on it! Had to use credit card instead of gift card. Don’t use gift cards here they won’t work.
