Who ever was working by themselves running the Dunkin on Main Street next to Key Bank deserves a friggin' raise and promotion. This guy was working alone on a Saturday at 3pm with a busy enough drive thru. The food was what I expected from a Dunkins run, and I only give 5 stars for service for HIS service, as the guy was busting butt trying to get stuff done with quality and promptness. Dunkins needs to get it's act together with staffing though.
One person shouldn't be running that whole store by themselves! I can relate to this with my work experience at another local coffee place, where i was once a supervisor and assistant manager. It is a huge mental strain to attempt to run a store with only one person during busier times. Get it together Dunkins, and props to the guy running his butt off that day.

I try to hard to be patient and give as much leeway when it comes to wait times, I know people are short staffed…. But 25 minutes in the drive thru for 1 beverage and a donut… come on. Only two cars were in front of me and the one directly in front got one drink after 10 minute at the window. It’s extremely frustrating that it takes so long.

Customer service most of the time it's really good unfortunately the employees and employee is not what I would say respectful nor would I scold somebody about something that was minor in front of a large amount of people and then turn around and make face about it y'all grown so act that way

Hands down the worst dunkin in the nation. Staff are nice & kind. Whoever the manager is has no GD clue about expediting and needs corporate to get involved to train them. Believe everyone when they say it takes 20 mins to get 1 drink!
I pre-ordered a dozen donuts, box of Joe, an sandwich and a personal coffee. After a 15 minute wait I was told to park in one of the spots and they would bring my order out to me. After another 5 minutes they only brought out the box of Joe. I asked about the donuts, and they had completely forgotten—another 5 minute wait. I was in such a rush I didn’t realize they didn’t give me the additional coffee and sandwich until I had arrived to my destination.Don’t waste your time.

Don't even waste your time going to this establishment... No matter what time of day or amount of people in line! No matter what you're going to be waiting 30 minutes for one coffee and that's not an exaggeration. Idk why they even bothered opening up this little shack. Go down the street to the shell station if you don't wanna wait... Even when you have a Pickup order already ready you're still gonna be waiting 20 minutes. Absolutely the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to in my life and I'm from Boston where there is a Million Dunkin and not once have I ever waited this long for one coffee... This is the 3rd time.... Do NOT go here and waste your precious time/Lunchbreak etc because you'll be waiting for a coffee that tastes burnt anyways. The girls working are clueless and can't even make a coffee correctly nvm burning it.
