They were extremely slow, they didn't label the items that they sold and set out for customers to pick up. They also get orders wrong constantly.
The lady with glasses in her 40s or 50s puts no effort in a coffee that I paid 7 bucks for. I ordered a pumpkin frozen coffee with cream drizzle and cinamonsugar on top She hands me a completely white frozen drink of some sort with just cream. I told her it don't look like my frozen coffee as i have gotten them plenty of times as a weekly treat. This one was completely white Ike there is no coffee in it at all. The woman tried to ensure me by saying she watched the girl make it herself. I said well it don't look right so refused to pay for it till they can bring me out somthing that looks like what I had ordered. She goes and makes it again but brings it out with only cream again. I said what about drizzle she tried to tell me she poured it in to coffee. Usually if they do that I can see it sticking to the cup and I would think they would put it on top of the whip like they usually do it photos. No cinnamon and sugar. She sighed about putting all the works on my coffee and when she came back she gave me my coffee took my money but never gave me a receipt. I tried asking for it but she shut the window so abruptly and ignored me and walked away as I was talking. I never got my receipt and I will never go back to that Dunkin. They are rude and hate they jobs.

Love going to dunkin'. I always custom order my drinks (Butter Pecan Coolatta- don't forget whip cream!) and they never give me an issue even though its not on the menu. Very happy with their service and patience with customers.
