Had previously visited location with an online order. Food was not good. Was requested to do a survey which I asked to be contacted. Much to my surprise I received a partial refund even though both sandwiches were horrible, but more importantly no contact. Tried again and this time I was confronted at the driverhru about picking up my online order I needed to go Into the restaurant, I questioned that and finally permitted to use the drivethru, big mistake on my part. They only gave me one sandwich when I ordered and paid for two. This business is HORRIBLE, they acr like their the only game in town. And you would think a phone call to them is beneath them. I would have gotten the phone call instead of the insulting $5 refund. Sad thing is their spicey chicken sandwich is very good, I would greatly appreciate a life time of free spicey chicken sandwiches. What dilemma

Friendly staff, but they are confused, short staffed. We felt sorry for them. Dirty store, garbage in parking lot. A long wait, which would be understandable at a meal time, but this was mid-afternoon.
Everything was great but the place needs a major deep cleaning. Possibly a updated interior after the deep cleaning.

I ordered through the app a Family Fill up + 8 PC tender meal. I also ordered a 5pc chicken tender meal. Got home, half an hour away. Didn't receive the plus 8 chicken tenders, no fries, no gravy. Called, said she put it in the computer and next time I come in, I can have my missing orders. She apologized for it happening, but what are the chances of me walking in there and someone else being able to find that order. I'm not very hopeful.?
Friends' food when they got it so they told him to come back they fixed a new meal and even gave him a soda with it.

I will never order from Taco Bell with doordash ever again. My order online was registered to the have been ready and no doordash came to pick it up at the time. A half hour after the meal was supposed to be delivered I called in to Taco Bell to find out they never even prepared my meal and that the driver was there but there was nothing for them to pick up. Therefore I had to wait a second half hour for them to prepare the meal and have it delivered. Should have had the meal for free at this point because it wasted my time and when the food was delivered it wasn't even fresh. Had to throw away all food could not eat it. Wasted over $30 and I'm on a fixed income that's not okay I will not be ordering delivery ever again.

I like there food but it's so dirty in there all the windows are so dirty including the drive thru window which I think has never been cleaned. A restaurant needs to be a cleanly environment it's crucial.
