Worse KFC meal ever. Extra crispy chicken was very greasy. This chicken has sat for too long before sake. The biscuits went in the trash since they were completely dried out. Very disappointed.

I normally love KFC but will not return to KFC in Presque Isle. Usual wait at least 30 minutes in the drive thru. Food is greasy from just sitting in grease or under light. Food is very bad and I do NOT recommend this KFC

I went through drive-through, ordered a combo meal and then afterwards realised I needed to get a couple biscuits as well. Upon arriving at the window, I apologised for the inconvenience, and asked if they could add two biscuits. I know it’s inconvenient for them to go back and add items, so I apologised at least twice for making them go back and potentially hold up the line. This is what I received. Mind you, the biscuits were supposed to be for a snack for my child in the backseat. How is he supposed to comfortably eat that?? One of the biscuits was simply crushed and breaking in multiple spots, but you can see the other one is completely mangled. They didn’t give me a bag, and the napkins and receipt were shoved inside the box as well. It felt passive aggressive and honestly was terrible packing and service. I sincerely hope they don’t treat all customers that mildly inconvenience them this way.

Twice 2 days in a row went to pi KFC and no chicken

I walked in because the drive through line was long, I changed my order because there would be no beef for 15 minutes, I watched people come and go with their food, after a while I asked what the issue is with my order. She said the bowl is waiting for chicken nuggets and it would be two more minutes. I noticed two bowls sitting on the side, hoped it wasn't mine cooling while waiting. Many more minutes went by and I asked again, now there are no fries, still waiting. When I finally got my order I hurried to my car because I had frozen food waiting in 80 degrees and had a half hour drive home. On my way I started to eat, my potatoes and corn were cool. I asked my husband how long it was and he said half an hour. If that is fast food, I can make my own quicker. I also chose Pepsi no sugar, but it was clear water.

Probably the worst KFC in maine, your order wait time is nearly 35 minutes, the food is low tier for the high prices with small portions. They forget a decent amount of stuff because it gets busy, and have pretty awful service afterwards. Waited 45 minutes for 6 chicken tenders and theyre the size the breaded fries from burger king.

Had previously visited location with an online order. Food was not good. Was requested to do a survey which I asked to be contacted. Much to my surprise I received a partial refund even though both sandwiches were horrible, but more importantly no contact. Tried again and this time I was confronted at the driverhru about picking up my online order I needed to go Into the restaurant, I questioned that and finally permitted to use the drivethru, big mistake on my part. They only gave me one sandwich when I ordered and paid for two. This business is HORRIBLE, they acr like their the only game in town. And you would think a phone call to them is beneath them. I would have gotten the phone call instead of the insulting $5 refund. Sad thing is their spicey chicken sandwich is very good, I would greatly appreciate a life time of free spicey chicken sandwiches. What dilemma

Friendly staff, but they are confused, short staffed. We felt sorry for them. Dirty store, garbage in parking lot. A long wait, which would be understandable at a meal time, but this was mid-afternoon.
