Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Incredibly rude staff and completely dismissive when I tried to return a $42 order that was so greasy it was inedible, falling apart, and all around disgusting.

My partner and I tried one slice each, which is just trying it, but they refused a refund because it was “unfair” and claimed we had eaten “half” of it. They eventually offered to remake the pizza, but only as a small as if to punish us for not enjoying their food.

The replacement was just as gross.

No surprise they’re looking for new cooks. Clearly something needs to change in that kitchen. Hopefully they take the same approach with the rest of the staff, because the attitude was just as bad as the food.

Ordered a large chicken bacon ranch pizza, and could only eat about a slice and a half each. It was dripping in grease and completely falling apart, so we came back to possibly get a refund — was offered a small regular pepperoni & sausage in return instead, but was worse than the first one and seemingly wasn’t cooked thoroughly either. I can understand not being able to receive a refund as I work in food service myself and didn’t want to be difficult, but they claimed we had eaten “half” of the original pizza so they could only offer a small and not a refund. This was after spending ~42$ for a large pizza and breadsticks, so most of it was wasted. Please do better. 😀

I really wanted to say that it was amazing. The problem was it lacks. Food tastes like it is pre-made or frozen.

Pats has always been my go-to spot when we want decent pizza or just don’t feel like cooking. Unfortunately, after my last two experiences, that won’t be the case anymore. I always order ricotta on my pizza, which is typically added in dollops like any other topping. On my previous order, they spread the ricotta across the entire pizza like sauce or cheese, making it soggy, heavy, and difficult to eat. I let it slide and decided to give them another shot last night. This time, I ordered a small pizza with ricotta, a Philly cheesesteak sandwich with onion rings, and a small order of bone-in wings. The pizza was mostly okay, with the ricotta added properly as a topping. However, they managed to burn the crust while undercooking the middle, making it barely edible after a spin in the microwave. The wings were fine, though a bit overpriced for their size. But the real issue was the sandwich and onion rings. The rings were soaked in grease yet undercooked, while the sandwich was burnt to a crisp and dripping with grease. None of it was edible. Had I been dining in, I would have sent it back, but that’s not an option when you take it away and live out of town. What’s most frustrating is that someone packed this food into the takeaway box, and the waitress even checked it before handing it to me. It was clear the food shouldn’t have been served, but they sent it out anyway. Gordon Ramsay would have been furious. The total for this order (small pizza, wings, sandwich, and rings) was over $50 before tip. A third of it was inedible, and another third needed further cooking at home. It’s disappointing because the food used to be great and felt worth the price. Now, the value just isn’t there, especially when you’re throwing an entire meal away. This experience was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to write about it. :( I probably won’t be returning for a while.

We were visiting family in the area and decided to try a different pizza shop from our usual one. Pat’s became our favorite pizza. We bought four pies for the group and they were all consumed. Rave reviews about the crust.
