Pat's Pizza of Presque Isle

Food was really good, my only complaint was I prefer my crust with a little crunch. For a thin crust it was a little soggy.

The staff at Pat's really know how to make you feel welcome! Lots of smiles and enthusiasm for great customer service. My meal was ready in short order and fresh and delicious! Thanks for a great experience, keep up the good work, I'll be back soon!

I normally wouldn’t put a bad review out because of one experience, but I used to come here quite often and never had bad service, until Sunday the 28th. It took 20 minutes for us to get water, and another twenty minutes to put our food order in as the waitress was sitting in a booth talking to costumers while we waited. We had to put our appetizers and food orders in at the same time, and then waited another 35 minutes to get our food. Our main courses came out before our appetizers, with everything being luke warm, having to send the fries back because they were cold and soggy. We didn’t send anything else back because it was warm enough to eat and we were hungry. We watched people with to-go orders come in and out, and people who came in to get to-go orders while we were sitting and waiting get their food before us. They let our food sit at the counter long enough for it to get cold while they served walk-in to-go before us. I’m not the type to no-tip, but I was very close last night.

Pretty good pizza. It's a thin crust. Prices are a little high for the portion sizes. Seating area is kind of small and limited to smaller parties. But all in all I'd eat from there again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Incredibly rude staff and completely dismissive when I tried to return a $42 order that was so greasy it was inedible, falling apart, and all around disgusting.

My partner and I tried one slice each, which is just trying it, but they refused a refund because it was “unfair” and claimed we had eaten “half” of it. They eventually offered to remake the pizza, but only as a small as if to punish us for not enjoying their food.

The replacement was just as gross.

No surprise they’re looking for new cooks. Clearly something needs to change in that kitchen. Hopefully they take the same approach with the rest of the staff, because the attitude was just as bad as the food.

Ordered a large chicken bacon ranch pizza, and could only eat about a slice and a half each. It was dripping in grease and completely falling apart, so we came back to possibly get a refund — was offered a small regular pepperoni & sausage in return instead, but was worse than the first one and seemingly wasn’t cooked thoroughly either. I can understand not being able to receive a refund as I work in food service myself and didn’t want to be difficult, but they claimed we had eaten “half” of the original pizza so they could only offer a small and not a refund. This was after spending ~42$ for a large pizza and breadsticks, so most of it was wasted. Please do better. 😀
