Ordered a pizza with the online app and went there to pick it up. I stood there for quite a while without being acknowledged by anyone who past by me. Finally a girl asked for my name and I told her. No hello or anything. Very awkward communication. Finally got my pizza and went home. I opened it when I got home and it didn't have the toppings I ordered so I called the store and they said that that is what the app said and I would have to contact customer service on the app. But when I tried to do that it glitched and stayed on a white out screen. I waited and waited and backed out of the app and tried again and it kept glitching. So I called back again and got the manager who was a guy but sounded like a flaming alphabet soup kid. He got cocky and said that they have nothing to do with their app. They use the app for orders but don't honor them? What a waste...

Went there with my children to have a salad bar and get a couple pizzas. The plates at the salad bar were all dirty, to the point that my 11 year-old son asked if that’s where we were supposed to put our dirty plates when we were done with them. When I brought them up to the front desk, the guy apologized and said they hired some new people that obviously aren’t doing their job. We also found hair in the pizza. The waitress was incredibly nice, which is why I still tipped her well, but the place was pretty disgusting as far as cleanliness.

my family went here tonight, charged us over $120 for 3 pizzas and lied about a discounts. Never coming back.

They get my order wrong every time. It’s not hard. Pepperoni and extra sauce thin crust. Each time there is literally zero sauce and this time it was burned on the bottom so much it was like biting into a tortilla chip. I love Pizza Hut but this one is just awful. Kitchen is disgusting too. I’ll stick with dominoes from now on.
Recently had surgery which entails no dairy products during recovery, they discontinued the original icing and did not notify anyone of this change. THEY ONLY HAVE CREAMCHEESE ICING NOW so we wasted money and time due to the fact that the staff was not willing to notify of the change upon ordering in person and were UPCHARGED WITHOUT NOTICE since they no longer carry the original icing. TRAIN STAFF TO COMMUNICATE CHANGES IN MENU

Place was filthy, was told at the door they didn't have any dough for pizza, this was about 8pm, well before closing. Probably just as well, might have kept us from getting ill. I don't think the windows have been washed since the place was built, cobwebs and dust everywhere, even dead flys on the window ledges

My family and I went here at 8:30 pm on Saturday May 4th. There were 6 of us. The women took us to a table. It was dirty the floors under the table was just disgusting. We asked nicely if we could be sat an another table on the other side. She said absolutely not she had it clean for the next day. It’s 8:30 pm, you’re open until midnight! Three staff people were just sitting around doing nothing. Just get up and clean the place. When we got the response that we couldn’t sit at a clean table on the other side. We said Thank you and walked out. We ended up at a much cleaner restaurant with a kind waiter. It was Pizza Huts lost we spent over 150 dollars. We will never return after being treated like we were,

Came in on a Saturday at 9pm (they close at 12am) with a party of 6. The waitress/hostess sat us at a table and the floor was absolutely filthy (bottle caps, pizza crusts, food waste, etc) on the ground. We asked if could sit at one of the clean tables (they were fairly empty) but were refused because they just cleaned it and it was supposed to be kept clean for the next day. We asked if they could clean it and she said no. So we left so I can’t review the food but that particular worker was not professional.

I must say that this is one of the nastiest restaurants I've been to in a long time. Filthy in every aspect. The food was ok, but the service was horrible. The waitress brought us our food and we never saw her again. We had to get our own extra sauce. Never got drink refills! And we had to get our own take home boxes. Just simply ignorant and ridiculous! Just look at the windows when you drive by! NEVER AGAIN!!!
