Went there with my children to have a salad bar and get a couple pizzas. The plates at the salad bar were all dirty, to the point that my 11 year-old son asked if that’s where we were supposed to put our dirty plates when we were done with them. When I brought them up to the front desk, the guy apologized and said they hired some new people that obviously aren’t doing their job. We also found hair in the pizza. The waitress was incredibly nice, which is why I still tipped...
Food was amazing but service was what made this lunch even better. Our server Bridgette was on top of everything and so polite and friendly. We wish that every restaurant we dined at had a Brigette for a server.
Very good Customer service and for that in greatful. However,Being routed to a "call center" and trying to communicate with a launguage barrier between us causing my order to be incorrect.Not their fault or mine but fruatratinh just the same. Would havr been????? if not for that.
