Went in at 8:50 pm to get three sandwiches, there were four people in line. No one around to help. Finally a kid walks out from the back and said “well I already put everything away so it’ll be a while.” Went to the parking lot to decide what we wanted to do and he came out to talk to a girl waiting in a car and started to complain that we had come in. Terrible service. Would not recommend. Couldn’t tell you how the food was as we never got any.

My granddaughter and I went on July 18 to subway, the kitchen was messy with food on floor. The person that waited on us was nice, but our order was ready but had to wait for the whole line before I could pay, so as I wait for 4 other people orders...my food that was toasted was cold. When asked she said I like to do all the order and then cash out.

We eat subway once a week and in the last 3 weeks 2 times when I called in at 5 they were out of bread and tonight they refused to take my order over the phone it’s ridiculous that just because it’s a big franchise they think they can just blow off customers and it’s not even that all that happened but how they handled it is the issue rude employees who don’t get that repeat customers in a small area are the ones paying them!!!

I ordered online several times in Presque Isle Maine. I find this store is the worst service for deaf people. I ordered from them and said it will be ready by 5pm, I got there it never ready made, 3 X! Pick up order very bad here.

Honestly I had a great experience with the employee Danny just now in presque isle. I personally know Danny and have even had him as a coworker at a different company in the past. I went in right before he closed up because my son finally had his appetite back and I promised him subway. He didn't have to make me the sandwiches and I told him I'm so sorry for coming in so late. I personally tipped him 20 dollars. He is the only employee there. His boss texted him instantly and told him he HAS to share that tip with the rest of the staff and it wasn't his. That's theft in my eyes. Way to go subway. You literally treat the good ones like garbage. From a waitresses point of view I'm appalled. Anyone with morals and understanding would know that you just took his money. How dare you set your employees up for failure like that.

Friendly staff and great deals if you have the app. I wish they would call you for the mobile ordering when they run out of a topping to substitute it instead of just not putting it on. Or let you know when you go pick it up. But it’s okay. Great overall. My sandwiches always look amazing.
