1/2/2024 @ 2 pm, complete chaos! I counted 5-6 employees, 1 on break in the lobby using his phone. I've seen other Subways run more efficiently and move customers through faster with just 2 employees. The place WAS NOT busy despite employees complaining that it was. A couple customers in the lobby and two in line is not a crowd. While I was there they left someone's sub in the toaster too long and served it anyway, served one guy the smallest (like 4 inch) sub I've ever seen and as I watched the kid haphazardly throw the toppings on my subs, I seriously considered walking out without them. He was so distracted by the chatter between the 4 employees behind the line (who were mostly just getting in each other's way) he had no idea what I wanted on my sub and I had to keep getting him back on track so I could get my food. Well, he got there in the end and the food tasted fine. This place needs to get rid of a couple people and put on a good manager to organize the running of this place, IMO.

Tried placing an order through their app using their buy one get one free deal, somehow their ordering is offline so my fiancé calls them and they tell him we can come in their store and they will give us that deal anyways because it isn’t our fault their mobile ordering is down. We drive all the way there, we confirm that they can still do that when we get there. They start making our sandwiches and then this female employee who is wearing no name tag and dirty grey hoodie leaves from behind the counter to call someone and tells us that we cannot get our sandwiches. She scares the rest of the employees by telling them to stop making them or else they would be stealing. Essentially after wasting a bunch of time and gas driving there, we leave without food and a bad experience. Shame on that one employee for having the worst customer service attitude I’ve ever experienced. After being a loyal customer for so long, this is really frustrating.

My partner and I stopped in for a quick bite before a wedding we were attending. I am gluten free and had mentioned that upon. Entry ( tend to get salads) but they did let us know right away it had been several tears since the had served it. The service was great otherwise and they had been out of a certain cheese customers had been requesting so they gave a discount... my salad was great and my partner enjoyed his sub. Would definitely return!

Let’s start with my wife is pregnant, Went to this presque isle subway 2 days in a row 5/5/24 and 5/6/24 and they were out of bread both times. How is subway out of bread! It’s literally the base of their business.

Ever since this location got new management, my order is almost always messed up, and my mobile order is 100% of the time messed up. I have made roughly 12 mobile orders since the change, and every single one always has something wrong. My sandwich is never toasted, despite it saying “TOASTED” in all caps. Sauce and veggies are also almost always messed up. It is genuinely startling that it has happened literally every time, and is a serious quality control problem and could be very concerning for people with food allergies. As someone who worked at subway years ago and had to make mobile orders, there is literally no reason for them to be messed up this badly every time.

I have gone to this subway for years. It seems like they no longer value customers. Ever since they got new ownership they got terrible employees. All the good ones are gone. They served me extra short flat bread sub while charging me for a footlong. The sub didn't even compare to my other foot long sub in size.. I called the store. The employee that answered the phone told me she knew about the smaller flat breads. She put the manager on the phone that just wanted to argue about the size that he thought was a foot long. He said he measured it. I said well Its not a foot long. That's false advertisement. He asked my name then tells me they don't send out refunds. I don't see the point in asking my name I would have to come in after he got me all heated. Who would want to face such a argumentive employee? I already have medical issues and don't need to be arguing with people. He refused me a gift card or refund by mail knowing his screw up.. I had no intentions on coming back and I shouldn't have to after the money spent out already just to pick the sub up. When I ate this sub I realized the sub bread was so stale I couldn't chew it. I have all of my teeth too. The employees at this store refused to give me the owners number or the managers supervisor. I tried looking up complaint numbers for subway. But none was found. All I could find is a way to email franchise but heard no feedback after a few days since my complaint was sent. I will never go to subway again.

Ordered two sandwiches ft long meatball and ft long bmt it tasted old and the meat was so slimy along with the green peppers was just disgusting the whole sandwiches would just discuss them meatballs was cold .

I had a fantastic experience at Subway! Despite being incredibly busy, they maintained strict sanitary precautions, which was very reassuring. The only minor downside was that my sandwich could have been hotter, but that won't deter me from returning. Great job, Subway! 5/5 stars!
