The last few times I've been there in the past few months, staff has been rude and the order is ALWAYS wrong. Then when you ask for the correct order, they tell you that âyou didnât order thatâ and then wants you to pay more for the correct food/drink.

I could not pass on an opportunity to have Tim Hortons again as all the more southern Maine/central Maine locations I would frequent have closed. Maybe I am forgetting their quality and got a swift reminder why they did close. Service was absolutely abysmal with workers seeming annoyed and coming off rude. Then to add to it they kept running out of everything. Including hash browns and almost every other side so we passed on sides and just got a drink and sandwiches. Not worth the wait in line by any means!

I ordered through the Tim Hortons app for mobile pickup. when I went to pock up the order, they could not male the frozen lemonade. I was told that they could not refund my money because it is "was a 3rd party app" I was offered a regular lemonade which I did not want and is priced less than the frozen lemonade. I will not use mobile pick up again. very disappointed in this.

This place is terrible. People who don't know what they're doing, line out the door. Lady at the register can't hear and got every order wrong. She was essentially just giving people whatever she wanted and then excusing it by saying "i cant hear" then dont be on the the register. Ordered a smoothie and was given a cup of juice, when I asked for my proper order I was told "we can't do smoothies rn" why wouldn't you tell me this when I was ordering it. This locations entire morning staff needs to be replaced.

Tim Hortons is my absolute favorite coffee shop restaurant kind of deal! Today was a little different then usual. Today I got to try the new Cookie N Butter iced cap supreme. OMG that was so damn good,I went rite back before leaving to grab another one! They actually put the cookie powder like stuff on top of the( w cream).
