The sweets are delicious. I tried the Oreo iced capp and it's off the rails yummy. They have the best bagel sandwich around. I'm so glad I stopped here for a treat.

I usually go to Tim's once a week for breakfast on my way to work. In the last two months, I never get what I ordered. When I went through this morning, the workers were more concerned with what they were wearing today then helping customers.

was going thru drive thru while an 18 wheeler dropped off an order. the truck was parked by the front door but when i tried to go straight into the drive through an employee yelled at me so loud i heard her through windows. i had thought i had done something unsafe so i hit my breaks thinking i hit something. the 18 wheeler driver waved me forward and she said she was being snarky to him as well. the ladies inside are very nice but that manager was very rude

This was our first week trying Tim Hortons. 06/06/25: awesome. 06/07/25: even better. 06/08/25: not as great. They were missing items that we wanted. The cashiers didn't seem knowledgeable. But they were friendly and helpful.

The last few times I've been there in the past few months, staff has been rude and the order is ALWAYS wrong. Then when you ask for the correct order, they tell you that “you didn’t order that” and then wants you to pay more for the correct food/drink.
