Well, where do I even begin! The staff is very polite, efficient, dedicated to the business. Rumor has it the staff goes through harder training than the Navy Seals, seems very logical considering the summers in Rangeley can be an all out war. When ice cream is taken this serious, You know it’s the real deal! If I bumped into Jacob Hershey on the street you can guarantee I would have told him where to get real ice cream. On a scale of 1-100 it’s like infinity.

We love the small town vibe with Pine Tree Frosty. If the hours change, they communicate well on FB to let everyone know. The ice cream was yummy, and the customer service was exceptional. My son with disabilities dropped his ice cream cone and the person automatically gave him another one and said, 'Accidents happen to everyone.' This meant a lot and made my day as this was a great moment for him to hear that. We will always return to Pine Tree Frosty when in town!

A lovely little ice cream shop in the heart of Rangely! It has a good selection of ice cream flavors using Gifford's ice cream. The real charm is once you have your ice cream, there's a small space out back with a view of the lake where ducks eagerly beg for unbeaten cones. There's also a post with hula hoops of all shapes and sizes for customers to try out!

I've been coming here all my life and this is a great place to get great, local ice cream and lobster rolls. There are hoolahoops to play with in the side yard and plenty of seating along a pond.
