The sliders were raw(menu says medium). We were promised to have them remade. Sat there for a while and they never came. So we asked for the bill so we could get back to skiing. The Bill still included the sliders which we never got. We asked to get that taken off which they did do. Disappointing considering the price point on the food.Coffee was bitter.Good things: pork handheld meat pie was good. Also waitress was nice.

Greeted by Sylvia and Chef CoCo we had one of the best dining experiences to date! You would not believe you are on top of the mountain as this is not your standard mountain food. We will absolutely be back for the food alone, but the skiing certainly helps.

Outstanding! Stopped for lunch with a group of 6 and collectively ate the entire menu. The food was incredible- never had cuisine like this on mountain before. Chef Colette is knocking it out of the park. My personal favorite was the gnocchi, but the entire menu is top notch. If you can get in you won’t be disappointed.

I mean this when I say this was the best food I’ve ever had on a mountain. If there is a line it’s worth waiting or hitting a few runs and coming back. No joke the pork hand pie was legitimately unforgettable. Drinks - 10/10. Go to The Nest if you are at Saddleback.

The perfect mountain dining experience does exist and it’s The Nest at Saddleback! You have to try the Gnocchi, I could have devoured the entire plate on my own. And the Tourtiere style hand pies were 10/10. If you are looking for great food, a wonderful atmosphere, and drinks with a view, this is the spot for you!

Creative and comprehensive menu, executed to perfection. The cuisine and service of a high end foodie restaurant....but also on top of a stunning mountain and filled with natural light and panoramic views. Undeniably the best spot to dine on the mountain.

An incredibly high-end restaurant experience in a next level venue- a tree house surrounded by ski trails! This Michelin level restaurant featured cuisines from at least four counties. Not only were the flavor profiles of the various items unique and delicious but every dish featured eye catching color and texture. In this modern, light filled space, you will feel peak relaxation while drinking one of their custom cocktails. P.S. their cinnamon roll is truly to die for

There’s no system for waiting so you just have to get lucky to get a table. It sucks if you’ve been skiing and are hungry. The feel of the restaurant is very pretentious and closed off.
Asinine rules, horrible service, avoid it like the plague.Edit: the owner asked for clarification as to what we didn't like so I'll explain in the following. Myself and my three friends skied up to the Nest and asked the receptionist for the wait time. She said, in a robotic voice, "we are at capacity, if you take a run and come back maybe there will be space available." We thought this was silly because there's literally a fire pit with picnic tables outside of the Nest for waiting. We waited outside until more than four people left, then we went in to inquire again. The receptionist responded in the same robotic voice, "we are at capacity, if you take a run and come back maybe there will be space available." This happened one more time until we gave up. We were very hungry so we weren't going to take a run and come back in half an hour just to be shut out again by a rude robot. Also, one of my friends asked to use the restroom only to be told it's for patrons only. We paid $100s of dollars to ski that day, and were attempting to patronize the restaurant, but they refused to let us use the bathroom.Further, while the skiing at saddleback is top notch, the service at the restaurants are bad. They seem chronically understaffed and unprepared for the volume of people that come with a holiday weekend.
