Hey, long term customer here, and the service could vary occasionally, but lately there's been a young man, that SERIOUSLY deserves some credit for being exceptional, I will edit his name in after I ask if he's ok with it. From now on I will only come here, im situated between 3 locations all within 5 miles, and from now on, ill only come to this location due to service and kindness of a few of their individuals here.
I was here at about 9:30am today and the older lady with long grey hair who took my order was beyond rude. She had an attitude when speaking, kept cutting me off when speaking and at the speaker and window complaining about how I had asked for my breakfast sandwich on bagels and not a croissants like they thought it came. Maybe don’t complain where your customers can hear you!
Grabbing a quick coffer and sandwich. Food is hot. Service is great.
9 times out of 10 the drive through worker is rude, doesn't talk, food is usually good or really bad no in between, I got a burnt croissant like black burnt, and I got a blue raspberry energy punch and got little to no blue raspberry syrup and just rockstar. Which idk about you but it's pretty easy to see that something is wrong with it because it's not blue.. just green
placed my order inside the store at 10:22am. multiple people were already inside the cafe waiting for their items as well, mostly just food. about 20 minutes later we still hadn’t received our food as well as other people who ordered inside and people who had placed mobile order but every car in the drive thru was being served. two workers came inside from a smoke break, didn’t wash their hands and proceeded to start touching equipment in the store. it was then we were asked what we were waiting for and we all said food and then i asked for a refund if our food hadn’t been started because it was ridiculous to wait over 25 minutes for food. we finally received our food items, and after going through the bag found it wasn’t all there so i went back in and asked for a refund for the one item that was missing. instead of my money they tried to give me a gift card and at that point i just walked out. horrible service.

I have to give a LOUD shout out to Daniel, Brenda, and mystery worker of the Richmond Dunkin crew. They are always friendly, helpful, and never bat an eye when they need to bail me out due to the app failing and I require coffee for 30 in a flash.

ordered a signature latte at the premium price and got a regular ice coffee. was handed the coffee while the attendant had his back turned to me because talking to a fellow worker about sports was more important at that moment than performing correct job duties.

if i could give ZERO i would. went there with my 2 grandchildren, placed our order and requested senior discount. ordered TWO sets of stuffed bagel minis, got ONE. my granddaughter complained her drink was made incorrectly with the other confirming this. i DID NOT receive the senior discount and when i asked for it. the EXTREMELY RUDE girl at the window said "i didn't give it to you because you don't deserve it" and when i asked where my 2nd bag of stuffed bagels was she ignored me. she also complained about me using my tap and pay and when she took my phone to do the tap she "man handled" my phone and was DIRTY AND UNKEMPT. SHE WAS SO RUDE - she was EVIL. i tried to call the store several times to complain about her but they never answer the phone - so the reveiw. seems corporate dunkin doesn't care anymore since they're all franchised.

Good stop on my way down south. Sometimes, the hashbrowns taste like bacon, and I have to throw them out. It would be nice if they were more careful with cross-contamination. Bring back coconut milk.
