Ordered 2 subs and a Cinnabon. Both subs were supposed to be toasted. The bread was very soft, almost soggy. I saw the employee put it in the oven to be toasted however it definitely is not toasted. The tomatoes were old and mushy. The cinnabon stick was very dry. Maybe it was a day old one? Very disappointed.

Manager does not know how to make a sandwich. Can’t cut the bread straight and in the middle, throw the veggies all over the sandwich and paper, and can’t nicely pack the sandwich before wrapping it. Happens everytime, I go for the convenience after a long day specifically.

This is the second time you have made my sandwich wrong….it says black olives and provalone cheese….it had no olives and the cheese was American???someone either is not paying attention or they can’t read! I tried calling to let you know but as usual nobody picks up.
