I was in there today and seen how management Erin treated her employees. I will not be returning because the way she was talking to her staff was unacceptable. I will not pay money to a company who allows that type of treatment to take place.. it's a shame that it's allowed.... this will be my last time going to rumford maine dunkins

It is a coffee shop. Folks were nice, lots of seating, and the type of coffee you would expect out of a fast food joint.
While this place is handicap accessible, don't go into the building during the busy times. The line for the drive through will block you in.

Jill and James were extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to give us warm and delicious food around 7pm. I had the ham and Swiss crossiant. Jill recommended the cheesy hash browns, and those were better than any loaded fries I've had in ages! Im quite a foodie. They were both very welcoming, kind and friendly. I hope you recognize what amazing employees you have here.

I keep giving this place chances and I haven't seen any change even with their "new management". This last time I ordered a coolatta and again, they've messed it up. This place gives Dunkin a really bad name. Save your money and go to Dixfields Dunkin.
Someone was nice and surprised me with a small "hot chocolate" it's even labeled as so. What dunkin gave them was a watered down coffee. HOW CAN YOU MESS UP PUTTING HOT CHOCOLATE IN THE CUP

Absolutely disgusted with the store manager "the blonde" she is an absolute embarrassment to the company. Unprofessional on every level after them charging me twice for my order of 38$ when I showed her my mobile banking app and provided proof they over charged me alls she could say is idk what to tell you call the 800 number then shoed me away before giving me the rest of my order I paid double for. I use to be a everyday customer now I will never go back I will drink gas station coffee before I return to this establishment. Dunkin donuts you need to do better such a shame, and p.s I called my bank and disputed the second charge try again on someone else Dunkin
I am so tired of going to businesses and not being thanked when I pay.
When the employees are unfriendly as well, it just bothers me even more.

Attempted to pick up an order, 1 of my drinks was made immediately (frozen blue coolata). When it was half melted some1 finally acknowledged me(14 minutes after I stood at the pickup window) on the brand new mobile pickup shelf there was an old coffee sitting in a puddle, dripping off the shelf. One employee took a rack of donuts out and dropped them, meanwhile I'm waiting on munchkins, second employee was just wiping stuff off ignoring me. The last employee decided to announce she was doing the dishes, not a one was working on any of the order tickets spitting out of the machine. Twilight zone I guess

Go to dixfield! This Dunkin is despicable. there can be one car in line and you will have to wait for your coffee.they put a pile of cash into the store when all they needed was more help. A couple of the employees try, but most of them just don't give a duck. And the management sends people home during rush times. I ordered 2 coffee a sandwich and some donuts. 12 minute wait and they tried to give me half of my order...go to dixfield!!! They don't allow 0 stars but they're a big fat zero. Who goes to the drive through for ambiance? No one. It's a dunkin. Who cares about renovation when your running late and just want a coffee. I'm done with this dunkin. I'll see you jn Dixfield

Come on rumford dunkin !! One car ahead of me in tbe drive through at 2:55 pm . And I am still waiting behind that one one car at 3:05. As soon as I pulled up they said “I’ll be right with you, clearly that’s a lie . Every time I have gone through this line it’s the same LONG WAIT!! I ordered 2 coffees 5 munchkins and breakfast sandwich.i recommend driving past this dunkin and head to the dixfeild location. Worst experience ever ! Zero stars
