Very nice atmosphere. A very peaceful place. Employees are very nice and do well with their jobs, although there is one employee I’ve noticed is a little slow paced. One lady with blue hair is very sweet. Remodel looks great overall a good store.
Worst drive thru ever!! Not just once, but every.single.time! I realize they need more staff but I’ve been there when I’m the only one in drive thru line and still had to wait wayyyyy too long for a simple cup of coffee! NEVER AGAIN ?

The new manager has proven to be a liar and incompetent at best. She is a poor example to her staff who are constantly rude and unprofessional. This location never makes a drink correctly. The worst part is that they are all totally unprofessional. They hand you drinks leaking with product, they are extremely rude the majority of the time, and are totally unprofessional. When is this location going to get it together? Who is the franchise owner? Are you even aware of all the issues at your business??????

Food and drinks are usually fine unless they leave out the creamer. But man is the service quality at this location horrible. With 6 workers inside, 1 customer inside, and only 3 cars in the drive through and it still took me 27 minutes to get coffee and bagel? I wish I could say this was a one time occurrence or a rush hour thing which I understand and don’t complain, but at noon on a Wednesday I see 5 customers waiting 30 minutes for their orders and every worker looks likeThey’re panicking at noon on a Wednesday?? Dunkin Rumford- manage your store better. Clearly there is an issue going on inside and your employees are like the blind mice running around.

Extremely slow service in Mexico Dunkin' Donuts. I was in the Drive-Thru line for about 20 minutes last week in between cars and couldn't get out and just had to wait. Not an exaggeration regarding the time.

Where is dunkin' donuts in history never have any of the food that they advertise. Or the employees are too lazy to thaw the food so they just say it's not available now that's at 11:00 in the morning ordered coffee today took 16 minutes for 3 medium coffees somebody needs to get the management in that dunkin' donuts and fire them and hire a real manager because those employees are idiots

Great service and fast. I messed up my own order - never completed it online. Got to the location and realized that my order was not completed. I completed it in the app, drove back around, and it was ready.
Loved the feeling of family in this store. While they do mention specials and holiday items, they don't pressure you to buy, and they answer any questions you may have.

Hands down the best Dunkin' in the state of Maine and I go to a lot of Dunkin's! I go camping in this area every year and I can't wait to get a drink here. The cappuccino is actually frothy and creamy and the swirls are more flavorful. Not sure what they do differently, but everything tastes awesome!
