Absolutely abysmal customer service absolutely abysmal atmosphere there was constant alarms going off. There was constant sound and noises, and there was an entire line of people. My mother tried to go up and get mustard when there was no one in line and she was completely ignored multiple times till we just gave up, the only thing good about that place was they were able to accommodate my needs of not being able to have the buns and that was it, not to mention the fact that we were charged and given something that we didn’t even order

Took 15 minutes in the drive thru. Messed up the order so we had to go back in. Took 10 minutes to get it fixed and they were rude and uncaring.

This has to be the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. At the same time I could say it’s probably the least busiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I went inside to use the bathroom and order my food and the bathroom was super clean. All the tables were clean. The floor was clean. The food came out quick and it was nice. The people seem friendly Has a drive-through and a lot of parking spot spots with trash cans outside. We ate in the parking lot and just threw it in the trashcan. There was no trash in the parking lot either. If you’re heading up to Northern Maine on the New Hampshire side I think this might be one of a few options if you want to head to McDonald’s. This place was mint

I waited 30 minutes after I ordered! Saw one person once about fifteen minutes after I ordered! The two dudes out back will become a fossil before they make a sandwich! Ended up walking out with nothing and will be my last time ever going there, it would be quicker to order from Florida and let a seagull carry it up!

McDonald's prices are out of control. Cheapest combo meal is $10 for 2 cheeseburgers. Pre covid the cheeseburgers were still under $2 each! Over $11 for a 10 pc nugget meal is OUTRAGEOUS. Deleted my McDonald's app, never ever again.
We just went through the drive-through 5/28/25 @ 9:45am and upon ordering, we were told that a sausage Mc griddle did not come with cheese.. because we asked specifically for it without cheese. It does in fact have cheese.. and how do we know this? we ended up with cheese on our sandwich. My husband is allergic to Cheese/dairy and had to go back in and get a new sandwich. Very disappointed in this server.
