Nothing against this location as I assume this was a corporate level decision, but getting rid of the self serve drink machine was such a bad decision and makes things way more inconvenient. You can't just pop in just for a drink quickly anymore if it's busy, had to wait like 10 minutes for my order of ONLY a drink. I hope this feedback can be forwarded to the right place somehow.
Would have been nice to know they were closing. They just remodeled after the flood and now they're closed again for another remodel. Why didn't they just do it the first time
