This morning I went to This dunkin to get a large hot coffee with 4 cream and 2 sugar they got that right when I ordered a ice coffee with 1 vanilla and 3 butterpeacan with 4 whole milk they made it wrong they put expresso in it and i told them I didn't want it so they made me a new one but the older person who was wearing a blue shirt who made it gave me an attitude witch I didn't deserve as long that person with the blue shirt this morning I won't go back 😡

They accidentally served me hot water with cream in it again today. I feel like this is just an issue with training. If you go to pour and it is mostly clear or looks lighter than iced tea coming out then it did not brew. Last time they were just as surprised when it happened but if it was twice with me over the past three and I only go to dunkin once every other week then I surely must be happening more often. Drive through with mobile app so no comment on atmosphere.

Make sure u have 15 minutes to spare if you're going through the drive through....I do mobile order 5 min ahead and by the time I get up to the window after waiting in line my coffee still isn't ready

This Dunkin Donuts allows sick people to work. My friend got sick from other worker who came to work sick..This place fires people who work even with a Doctor note. This place expects worker to bring sickness to others

I could never say enough good things location and the staff. With the amount of people that go through that place every day and they remember my specific order and sometimes have it ready before I get to the counter.. The morning crew starts my day off in the afternoon crew is just as amazing. Afternoon is when my son comes in with me and he's made a couple friends there with a couple of toyswho enjoy to see him and chat with him how about fortnite and gaming!!!
