It was being run by people that seemed untrained lacking inexperience. He didn't know what artesian bread was and made a hot sandwich. Cold ice cold. Then when asking to have it corrected. I had originally said I wanted the sandwich hot but I didn't want my bread toasted so he toasted my bread so I went back in a third time then got made to pay full price even though I had the promo code to get it half price and the fact that he was even charging me was disgusting but my sandwich was despicable. The photo I'm posting is the second remake sandwich. It was supposed to be on artesian bread and he used Italian herb and cheese and toasted the bread by itself even though it wasn't supposed to be toasted. So there is not enough I can say about the Sabattus main location. Besides, it is in dire need of experience and someone to teach them how to actually make the sandwiches that they are selling

I have not been a big fan of Subways in general over the last number of years. However, my company's office just moved into buildings next door to this location. During the work we were doing there prior to the move-in, Subway was a convenient place for lunch since it was just a simple walk across the parking lot. The service and food were pretty good, and the staff was always friendly. It could get slow right at noon though. Who knew so many people would flock to a Subway in Sabattus??? Anyway... pretty good experiences at this location.
Your typical Subway sandwich shop with delicious food. Not a bad place to go if you're wanting some Subway.

This subway is out of multiple items every day, worst run subway around. Believe it or not they've been out of pepper for a week. The workers there are great though, just poorly managed

Only giving a 3 star because the food was exceptional , the service tonight by Todd was very unpleasant , he has the worst customer service attitude I have ever seen in 15 years of me going to subway will start going to jersey mikes pay a little more but a lot better attention to detail and atmosphere

Went in this afternoon and got two foot longs, the young lady Jovanna was very rude and unprofessional not paying attention to my order. I asked her to toast it three times and she just ignored me and don’t toast it plus put way to much sauce. When I went home to eat it the sauce was leaking through the paper. Worst subway experience ever been coming here for years it’s official you’ve lost my business plus all my friends and family.

Went in there supervisor Alyssa was so rude. She cashed out one customer didnt even change her gloves and proceeded to make my sandwich when i questioned her about it she told me if i didnt like it i could go elsewhere. Worse customer service ive ever experienced.
