I specifically asked for a fresh Greek salad and told the women who answered I didn't want one from the fridge. She argued with me and said they were just made this morning. Long story short a got one from the fridge!!! Brown lettuce and cucumbers.

Always a go to staple when you're in downtown Saco! The food is always fresh, good, and quickly made. The staff are friendly and there is usually a good banter between staff and patrons, it really helps brighten a day! Cheers!Kid-friendliness: They have a lot of good options for the picky eater (in my case a picky 4-year-old).

So I went to Amato's in Saco Maine on 11/21/23 and ordered a meatball sub, I didn't want the meatball's in the bread because I hate soggy bread, so I asked them to put the meatball's in a container with the cheese and I would assemble it at home. They did what I asked and my sub was really good.

Clean, cozy restaurant with spacious indoor seating area and a million drink, sandwich, salad, brownie options.Picked up phone call within 5 seconds. Polite. Pizza was great and ready 10 minutes after the phone call as promised!!!!Everyone was super nice :)
