“I love this place and go maybe once a month with my son. We get a cigar, a beer or two, and usually burgers or some similar food.\nWhile the menu is not extensive, portions and prices are fair and the food is surprisingly good. I never come away from here hungry. \nI have been going here since I moved to maine in 1995 and now that I live 50 miles away in NH, after nearly 30 years i still enjoy coming to this place. Ali, the owner, is there every day, and is a fascinating guy to chat with. \nThe beauty of Calabash, is that it is not PC, this is a place that has managed to survive despite asinine regulations and restrictions on adult behavior; there is, to me, something civilized about having a cigar with a good meal.
