Absolutely horrible service. No other word fits. Ordering through kiosk because of technical difficulties while three employees walking around playing grab ass. Customers were just a bother for them. Still in the parking lot and can hear the annoyance coming through the speaker because she has to actually work. All three employees should look for work outside the customer service industry. Never again

Let's be honest this is a Dunkin' Donuts it is not a coffee shop in Paris. But what it is is a comfortable clean and nice place to go to. All the products the food and coffee are what you can expect from this level of restaurant. What makes the place shine is its people. Most were always smiling, happy to help, and very prompt. I know it's a fast place to get your coffee at, which is good for those who need it fast but for those who need to take a moment and sit down it's a great place as well. If it were only being compared to other Dunkin' Donuts businesses, I would give it a five.
Wheelchair accessibility: Tight front doors and airlock area to get in the building. But it looks possible with a little help to get a wheelchair inside.

FREEZING in this place every morning. Like AC blasting at 8:30 in the morning. Spring and fall same thing. Service is great but hard to sit in there to enjoy anything.
First thing I order is unavailable even though it's advertised on the door. Okay. I repeat my order no less than three times before the cashier understands it. The coffees came up pretty quick but the sandwich took literally 20 minutes. The girl hands it off and says sorry about the wait, she doesn't care. I don't blame her. Pay your workers a better wage and you might get the help you need to properly run a place. Back in the day I could hardly finish saying my order at a dunks and they'd be handing me my food. Train better. Pay better. Worst experience ever at a Dunkin. America can't run on Dunkin if they can't even run the store.
Edit: Also the guy standing next to me was just waiting on half a dozen chocolate donuts. They couldn't even throw those into a bag in a timely manner. He left without getting the donuts he paid for. This location is STEALING from it's customers.

Dunking is always good. I do have a problem. The new cup covers do not work well with hot coffee. You can not sip it. No matter how slow you tip your cup, the hot coffee pours out and burns your mouth. Please replace these cup covers. Go back to the old style covers.
