This is one of my favorite DDs!! 😍 Whether I visit at 6 am or 3 pm, I always get served by a friendly, quick person.
Sorry to say, it's not the same at the DD on RT 111 in Biddeford.
If ordering food, it's hot, and the order is correct.
No comment on the atmosphere, as I always go thru the drive-thru. Thanks to the Saco DD on Portland Rd., the one next to Enterprise.

if i could leave zero stars i would. the drive thru employees are incredibly rude and disrespectful. you say good morning, how are you? and get ignored. i ordered two wake up wraps and the bacon was completely raw. this is extremely unacceptable. you cannot serve RAW BACON. absolutely disgusting. do better.

The drive thru aspect needs to improve. Very slow with order process from taking the order to system and equipment. Along with needing to have more product on hand and/or update the menu when not having items in stock.

I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. There were 3 people working the drive-thru, and one other who appeared to be working on door-dash orders. I left after trying several times to make eye-contact with the woman packaging door-dash orders and she just totally ignored me. Hell of a way to run a business.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered at 4:30 on the app after it says open at 4AM. TOOK MY MONEY REAL FAST. Showed up and had to call their phone to ask what time they open only to be told they open at 5am. Should probably update the hours on the DUNKINS APP SO PEOPLE DONT ORDER BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY OPEN.

Worst dunkins to go to very rude worker you say thank you they litterly just stare at you don't say a word consistently talking crap about working there or other employees bosses very unkind crew smh

Horrid horrid service. Everyone here hates their job. Tried to call through to the manager to complain about an associate and couldn’t get through. The woman was getting annoyed with me while I was trying to tell her just what I wanted for breakfast. It was ruining her whole life to take my order. Never again.

Worst experience ever. The older gentlemen that was working was very rude, and disrespectful. You work at dunkin it is not rocket science. I understand things being messed up not a huge deal. However it’s the fact that they continued to be disrespectful and over charge us as well. I would drive hours out of my way just to not go to this one

Some of the most frumpy unhappy staff you could ever meet. Good luck on getting the correct order. Id say mine is correct 4/10 times. I call to complain but they dont answer the phone there ever either. Makes sense cause its probably ringing off the hook with complaints. Ever since Dunkin franchised, they are a bottom of the barrel place these days. Im staring at my holeless bagel right now that looks more like a burger bun. Get better at everything please and this is for the management cause you set the standard and clearly there is no standard thats ever been set there. Feel bad for the one or two workers who actually care that work there.

Each time the orders had been placed 20-30 minutes before arrival. I watched as people who arrived after me left with their orders. I understand that it's hard to get people to work for such low pay, but maybe you're overwhelmed and just can't handle it. I know other people who have had similar issues here.

Service is definitely lacking. If a customer orders a coke and you don’t have coke, why would you not inform them and make them pay for a Diet Pepsi? Poor customer service skills

For a dunkin donuts, this is one of the better ones you know.They normally mix the coffee pretty good when you get your ice drink, you don't get all the syrup at the bottom

Went to this Dunkin 6/16/24 during a trip to Maine. There were 2 separate customers in front of us waiting at the counter. After a few minutes the first customer walked out. Shortly thereafter the second customer walked out. Once we got to the counter, we waited about five minutes when an employee finally came over to us and stated that he could not wait on any customers at the counter because they had too many online orders. We left.
