Younger man was extremely rude in drive through, makes customers feel uncomfortable, when getting food he was complaining about his job, meanwhile a older lady handed me my food and drink without a attitude and said have a good day. Customer service is their job, if they can’t handle not having an attitude with customers who aren’t being rude. Then they need to be retrained or fired. Simple. Do better.

Someone came back from their cigarette break, and just started bagging food without gloves OR washing their hands. LITERAL CIGARETTE ASH ON THEM. They TASTE like cigarettes. Im about to throw up.

The food is always either cold or burned, coffee is always luke warm the employees are constantly bickering about their lives with one another, while taking customers, yelling at each other. Blaming one another for the wrong order, making it a very uncomfortable customer experience. This should be the first Dunkin' Donuts to go all AI because the employees are sad and miserable and don't want to be there

I work in saco, I’ve gone to this Dunkin every morning or every other morning for 3 years. Hands down the worst part of my morning, is getting up to the drive through speaker, just to hear that miserable old man go “YAAP WHAT CAN I GETCHYAA”. Without a doubt the most miserable human in the establishment at any given moment. Pulling up to the window and seeing how the women working near him don’t dare to even interact with him. Its disgusting. He’s blatantly rude, loud, and condescending. The fact that he hasn’t be fired yet is beyond me. Once again, the worst part of my day, is having to interact with him.

Sat in line at drive thru after opening waiting ALONE with no one in store or in drive thru, spoke to the intercom a few times with no help. Service is crap.

I had not been to this location before. Walked in with a smile on my face. There was one customer. I waited for probably a minute Plus for anyone to greet me at all. When I did step up to order my drink I asked the guy how she was doing this morning and she grunted at me. And then got my order wrong. When I asked if I could have the cream please she put it in a paper cup and handed it to me without saying anything. I imagine it was the manager that had the headset on? I couldn't get her attention at all. I stood at the counter trying to get someone's attention to get the cream for my coffee for more than a minute so I chatted with the one customer that was in there about the weather. That conversation with the one customer that was in there was the highlight of that experience. I'm not trying to get anybody in trouble for anything but that was really really disappointing and not even remotely what I'm accustomed to in the morning at a Dunkin' Donuts in my experience. The store was clean. The attitudes were not. Super bummer.

This is one of my favorite DDs!! 😍
Whether I visit at 6 am or 3 pm, I always get served by a friendly, quick person.
Sorry to say, it's not the same at the DD on RT 111 in Biddeford.
If ordering food, it's hot, and the order is correct.
No comment on the atmosphere, as I always go thru the drive-thru. Thanks to the Saco DD on Portland Rd., the one next to Enterprise.

if i could leave zero stars i would. the drive thru employees are incredibly rude and disrespectful. you say good morning, how are you? and get ignored. i ordered two wake up wraps and the bacon was completely raw. this is extremely unacceptable. you cannot serve RAW BACON. absolutely disgusting. do better.

The drive thru aspect needs to improve. Very slow with order process from taking the order to system and equipment. Along with needing to have more product on hand and/or update the menu when not having items in stock.

I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. There were 3 people working the drive-thru, and one other who appeared to be working on door-dash orders. I left after trying several times to make eye-contact with the woman packaging door-dash orders and she just totally ignored me. Hell of a way to run a business.
