The other day they were hella short staffed, only 3 people who were running the drive through, customers inside and the online orders.I will say that there might have been a minute or two of wait time but they got our order out fast and accurately and we had ordered a butter pecan with XX, a muffin toasted/buttered, donut and a strawberry fruit coolatta.These 3 had a line around the building and they still managed to get everything done while maintaining a friendly professional...

When they have good help it's ok but be prepared for idiots who don't care, your coffee won't be stirred so trying to drive and stir your coffee without spilling and your donut will be upside down in the bag so all the frosting sticks to the bag and you can call the manager but don't think anyone cares anymore, damn shame, customer satisfaction used to mean something.

I waited for awhile but I had time to everything came out right I do have a suggestion instead of putting 2 glazed doughnuts in a bag and squishing them together maybe put a waxed paper or something so they aren't so hard to pull apart. I will say the guy at the window was awesome very friendly and personable
