Don’t miss stopping by FernLeaf bakery. Irene and Tim put their heart and soul into everything that is prepared here. If you are in town on a Saturday morning, get there early for “croissant day” They are the best croissants outside of France.

I LOVE this place! I recently took my sister here for her birthday and she loved it too. A quiet seating area with a cozy atmosphere. Also, the food is delicious! Everthing I've gotten from here, breakfast, lunch, bakery and drinks have been superb. Finally the staff. They are so kind, friendly, and down to earth. I feel like I'm walking into my own home every time I go here. I would give this establishment 100 stars if I could.

Lemon Raspberry Cake 🤤
When your boyfriend says: “you’re worth a bakery cake for your birthday”, and then you tell him to choose the bakery. But it takes 3 stops at 3 different bakeries to find actual cake…you end up here. It’s very difficult in the baking world to get the balance of tart and sweet without sacrificing one or the other in cake. This cake I can assure does not sacrifice either. The lemon was vibrant and refreshing, while the raspberry is sweet and balanced the tart of the lemon.
One thing we did note - they were voted the best bakery 12 years running. I can see why.
My girlfriend and I love going there on our day off! Their coffee and drinks are delicious, as well as their quiches. The owners are very friendly and the atmosphere is wonderful. I highly recommend the Fernleaf Bakery and Coffee House!!

A Saturday 8-17-2024 update
Always spectacular!!! Their pastries, cakes, pies, cookies & handhelds never ever disappoint. A very upscale classy bakery withe specialty coffee drinks etc… If you have never been you are missing out on something special.
So 2 days later I returned at 9:17AM & bought 2 Caroline cookies, 2 more tea cakes & couldn’t resist their gooey looking cinnamon roll.Outrageously delicious. Leaving the bakery I was welcomed to a ticket on my car for wrong way parking ($35.00) Shame on me I’ve parked in that same spot probably 50 times in 30 years. My feeling is Patrolmen Murphy #2101 saw I had a handicapped plate & could have come inside the bakery & told me I was parked going the wrong direction & given me a slap on the wrist. Whether you think I was right or wrong Patrolmen Murphy could have taken what I consider the high road & done the right thing for a handicapped person. Maybe the patrolman might think differently in the future on how he behaves.

I recently had a family reunion with relatives from all parts of the country. I had two sisters that had milestone birthdays ,so I ordered two cakes from Fernleaf Bakery. I ordered the fruit and white cake. Everyone enjoyed them immensely. I did a special order on one of them and they did exactly what I asked. Thank you very much I will be doing business with you in the future.
