We were late getting to our regular place so we wound up in ihop
We were immediately seated and they took our drink order
Eventually they got our breakfast order
Now I'm extremely hydrated and drank 3 ice waters, plus I had a oj. I would have loved another oj and placed my cup on the end of the table but she never came back except to drop the check.
Another random waitress asked if we enjoyed the meal in passing but she had her own stuff to deliver so we didn't speak up
The hash browns were crisp on the outside and cold in the middle
The sausage were ok but definitely not the typical yumminess I'm used to with sausage.
The sausage gravy was definitely unimpressive....not only was it fairly cold, but the sausage was minimal
The biscuits were ok and they were the best of everything I had ordered.
Overall it was an alright meal (think prison food) Will we go back HELL NO

I am not 1 to complain and this is the 1st ever for me, I went there this morning for breakfast was greeted by 1 host and the place was empty. I ordered 2 eggs over easy sausage home fries and toast which was burnt waited 10 minutes everything was cold (not warm) what a disappointment I sent it back I'm all set, No waitress No manager just a host. What happened to this place?? It was Never like this before.

Overcharged my debit card. The staff took it upon themselves to add money on the tip, on the check! 22 percent should be good. Bunch of low class thieves.

Probably should take eggs Benedict off the menu. The English muffin was tough ( microwaved?) and the hollandaise sauce definitely not homemade. The staff was friendly and efficient. An okay place to go just for the basics.

First off, staff wasn’t very welcoming. Waitress was very dull and did not bring the kindest manners. The food was flavorless and left our stomachs hurting. But if that’s not bad enough, there was HAIR IN MY FOOD. We kindly pointed the hair out and our waitress did not show much care. Yes, she did remove the sandwich found with a hair from the check. But the customer service was still a no!!!! Manners are a necessity in a restaurants staff, so learn your manners people!

Had an ok visit. Pretty typical for these type of establishments. Hash browns were severly undercooked and i do have one major complaint. I ordered two breakfast platter which included 2 pancakes each. So 4 total. Now these are included but I wanted to make them Tres leches which is just the addition of 2 sauces and a squirt of whip cream. I found out the hard way that is a 4 dollar upcharge!!! For two pankes tohave some sauce squirted on and a little whip. And they certainly didnt look like the photos either. It was globbed on there carelessly. For 4 dollar each id expect them to look more presentable. So in total it costed me an astonishing 8 extra dollars 😲. Feeling ripped off
Was over charged $20 for value meals for me and my family. I've only been here twice and this is the 2nd time I was over charged. Luckily I'm good with math.

The food was not that good. I got an omelet with red peppers onions ham & cheese when I got the plate the only thing in the omelet was cheese. had ham & onions on top of it. Had no peppers at all & it was just not good at all. The biscuits legit fall apart when you pick them up. Service wasn’t bad the waiter was really nice & we got our food in a good amount of time but the food was just not good at all.

When someone with food sensitivities orders takeout, you should be marking what container is gluten free pancakes, especially when there are regular pancakes also in the order. Very disappointed and couldn't enjoy half my breakfast.
