Not a pleasant experience. Customer service was absolutely awful. The worker with tattoos all over his neck was very rude. I said I wanted a little bit of all the veggies they had displayed on my sandwich, which where about 5. He made it seem like it was a crazy thing to do. No wonder this place has 3.8 reviews.We should have gone somewhere else where they actually treat customers with respect. Not to mention it was gross and filthy -0/10!!!

1st time at Jersey Mikes. Very impressed with my Turkey & provolone on white. My wife’s tuna sub was quite substantial & my wife gave her sandwich a 5* rating. 3 size breads to choose from & 3 different breads to choose from. We opted for a mid sized sandwich which turned out to be very large & very filling. Yes we will come back to Jersey Mikes to try other subs.

I should know what to expect when visiting JM’s. Every single time we’re disappointed. Last time was a year ago and now I remember why. This will likely be our last visit for a long while.
We placed our mobile order at 7:11 for a 7:45 pickup. I arrived at 7:55 and checked the pick up spot and just assumed it wasn’t ready so I was going to wait. One of the workers saw me and asked for the name on my order 5 times, 5!! My order was not available, they claimed “someone took it”. They remade the order, didn’t offer a refund, didn’t offer a discount, just looked at me like I was an idiot.
Now to the order, I paid for extra meat, didn’t get that on the Philly. My #7 made mikes way was literally soaking with vinegar and oregano, it was so much that it was overpowering and made the sandwich not even worth eating. I don’t know if it’s lack of training or just my draw.

I have been going to this JM since it opened. If I had left a review it would have been a 1 or 2 star. Same issues as all of the 1 and 2 star reviews already on Google. Today was an exception. New store manager Savannah. prepared my sandwiches
I didnt know she was the manager when I complimented her on properly and quickly preparing my sandwiches. She indicated past poor performance by other employees was due to lack of training by past managers. I hope she gets the store squared away, I needs it.
Stopped to grab some lunch and the service was fantastic, such friendly and positive workers. Subs were made exactly how I wanted and tasted delicious. Recommend stopping at jersey mikes if you need a quick bite and a smile.

Sub are really good. No place to sit. Only one table and a high table woth 2 places. The cashier was a bit lost in the sauce!

I went to get a simple chicken bacon and cheese before work, I got to my car and looked at it and even after telling them multiple times I only wanted chicken bacon and cheese they still put onions and peppers on it.

I was in on the 17th to grab a quick bite on my lunch break. Firstly they should have 2 lines for hot and cold subs as I wanted a hot sub and had to wait not only for the person to take cold sub orders but to start making cold subs. If someone else had taken my hot sub order then they could have started cooking it in parallel. then I placed an order for the special hot honey chicken but asked for it on a wrap. By the time they made it, bagged it and gave it to me my lunch was nearly over so I grabbed and left only to get home and find it on a sub roll. Trying to cut back on carbs for medical reasons and this is unacceptable. Good thing it wasn't an allergy. This place has gone downhill since they opened. The rating is for this specific visit. Normally I love this place.

I regularly visit this location, and the service and quality of food increases each time. Emmanuel is a fantastic guy and it's always great to see him each time we're in! Thank you Emmanuel!

Inedible! We love Jersey Mike's, so we didn't want to gripe about the first horrific order we received... so we tried again. Second attempt - Disgusting. But we were not deterred - things happen, staff change. Third try? NOPE! One of the worst things I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. Three strike - You're OUT, Jersey Mike's, Saco! NEVER AGAIN!

Usually Jersey Mikes is my GO TO.. BUT not this one unfortunately.. I ordered two gluten free sandwiches and three regular sandwiches. Two chipotle chicken (Gluten free). Turkey, Provolone and mustard on another. (That was made right!) Steak and Cheese, took one bite and immediately spit it out. Tasted chemically, like the grill was freshly cleaned (Totally get it but you can taste it.) Last sandwich was a Chicken, Bacon and ranch. I didn’t get that one, I received a second steak and cheese that tastes the same as the other one.. Will not be returning.. I love jersey mikes but this one is not it..

I love Jersey Mikes in general but this location is horrific. The line to order in person moves very slow and is always incredibly long. The wait for ordering online is what truly baffles me. Online orders pile up and while the staff are making the sandwiches, they aren’t putting them on the online order pickup rack. So crowds of people gather waiting for their food only to find out after 15 minutes that is been ready the whole time.
The staff on the whole just seems incompetent. I watched someone today slice bread on a nonstick grill instead of using the cutting board right next to it.

I have been to Jersey Mikes many times, love their subs and wraps. They have always been very full and very much worth the price.
We went today and ordered 2 of the # 43 and # 7.
Both half the size as usual and just enough meat and cheese to say yes the subs did have some.
Don’t understand why such a change.
Great place for hot or cold sandwiches.
Good food but I tried to make a sub (pick what I want on it) and all these people knew were numbers. If you’re not a competent enough English speaker you shouldn’t be in a customer facing position.
