I enjoyed my sandwich, but my wife wanted to make a substitution for the cheese which led to them, omitting all of the toppings on the sandwich and barely putting any meat on. Not acceptable for a $10 sandwich

Ordered online. App said an hour so I called to just double check so my hot subs wouldn’t be sitting getting cold. The lady on the phone was completely useless couldn’t give me an answer on how long till my two subs were done just kept saying it depends how many are in front of you. Obviously I already know that. I go in 45 min early to see a counter full of open subs with dirty receipt paper on them. My subs came out 5 min later so they would have been sitting for 40 min. Only ine guy out of the three there was working and attempting to get the other two to work too. Finally get home and the meat is dry and spoiled. Both myself and my husband now have food poisoning. So unless you want tainted meat don’t go here.

I don't like to say anything bad about places, but this Jersey Mike's is so disappointing. Aside from several other issues, tonight I had company and ordered on line. It was ready when I got there which was great. I got home and opened them and the rolls were so dark brown it was disgusting. Totally burnt and tasted like it too. I can't believe that they served that to anyone! $22.00 wasted! I'm done. I'm going back to the Scarborough one!

Great ham and cheese sub, fresh meat cut in front of you, very clean place. Two of the three women working were rude. One literally yelled at another customer “EXCUSE ME” just to tell them their food is ready. I could tell the other lady was getting frustrated because our communication with each other wasn’t the clearest and I’ve never been to a Jersey mikes before. I asked for the hot red crushed peppers and they put banana peppers on and rolled their eyes when I asked for the banana peppers off and for the red crushed peppers then told me with an attitude “it’s relish” like okay I’m sorry can I have the relish. When cashing out I put no tip on the pin pad and payed with cash and the lady dropped my change in their tip charge like okay whatever I guess give yourself a tip.

Took 30 minutes longer than the app said... And it was the completely wrong order. They forgot bacon lettuce and tomato on a regular club sub sandwich. Also in store customers arrived, ate, and left in the time i waited.
