This place was exceptionally clean last Thursday around 4 PM. Quite busy but my order was taken immediately. Seven people on staff. Many smiling, pleasant and courteous Gen Z employees. Food bins were full and fresh looking. Excellent experience. The original Mike's Way on Rosemary was delicious. Highly recommended.

It gets busy there during lunch/dinner hours so subs may be delayed, But overall great customer service & quality food!!Vegetarian options: The #14, #10, & #65 are meatless, and are great options for vegetarians. I recommend the tuna fish sandwich, which contains freshly non-premade tuna.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free options available, such as GF Bread, & GF snickerdoodle cookies.Parking: Parking is accessible, with additional parking on the back of the building.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are available at a good value. Kids also love watching the crew members make the sandwiches.Wheelchair accessibility: Lobby is open, with room to move around but people with wheelchairs may need help opening doors/bathroom doors.

Multiple times I've come in and this is the only Jersey Mike's where they barley put meat on the sandwich. I've said something to the manager in the past but it's still a thing. Id avoid this location unless you want a bread and lettuce sandwich, because being from the place jersey Mike's was established that's not Mike's way

Service isn't great. I've placed online orders 45 minutes in advance, walked in, order still hasn't even been STARTED. It's not like they had a line out the door or had a bunch of online orders because then I'd understand. I've gone in and ordered, and watched 4 people just stand slightly out of direct view, talking while one person made all the orders coming through. Shouldn't have to stand there waiting for our food when we placed it almost an hour ago.
I used online ordering and I'm pretty sure that was the problem. I asked for no pickles, add spicy relish and set my pickup time to 11:45. It came with pickles, no relish and when I arrived the pickup time on the slip said 11:20. So it had been sitting for 20 mins getting soggy. There were also no modifications on the slip, but when checking my order on my phone, the mods were there. I would have overlooked that but when I went to eat the sub the bread was super stale on the outside and a wet, sloppy sponge on the inside. The subs are usually a bit messy, but the soggy stale bread made it pretty impossible to eat without making a huge mess. I was also informed, after ordering a fountain drink, that their soda machine was down and not making any carbonation. Overall not the best experience.

Twice we have ordered and paid online and been given a pickup time. When we arrived to get our sandwiches they didn't know anything about our order and took a while to prepare our order. We waited for a half an hour for an order that was supposed to be ready. Ridiculous!

Worker was very curt and unprofessional. She made a big deal about grilling a sub within the last five minutes. The sandwich came out very bad, and her bad personality really manifested in the production of it.
