I hardly ever leave a one star review, i am just so disappointed. This is arguably the worst sushi and ramen place I have ever been to, and I grew up in a landlocked state. They said seasoning? Who is she? They tried so hard to be at least a gentrified version of sushi and still managed to fail. The fish somehow wasnt fresh, the ramen had no flavor.

Amazing. Everything was so good. Don't miss the Cauliflower Pop or the Bulgogi Buns. Only disappointment was forgetting to add egg to the ramen. We loved the sushi and sashimi too. Worth the drive.

Rarely do I give one star but the Jin Ramen was extremely disappointing, both in quality and portion size. Chicken didn’t taste fresh and overall flavor was lacking. Barely any bean sprouts or other items. Just a small piece of chicken and about 2 cups of broth and small portion of noodles. I would need to order at least two to make it a full meal.

Highly dissapointed, when I used to order from Jin they had nice portions and the quality spoke for itself in presentation. Today, prices are outrageous for mediocre offerings and rushed service. I understand inflation, but the portions have shrunk to a new low. For two people, I could have gone and sat down in Portland and gotten better portions.
