The KFC in Saco gave my son gravy with no mashed potatoes 🥔!!!!!! He was doing me a favor and ordered the family meal. He paid, was handed the bag of food, and left without looking inside. I opened the bag when he got home and just couldn’t believe it! Who puts gravy in a bag with no mashed potatoes 🥔??? So, anyone know where my potatoes 🥔 are! 🤪 We used to frequent this location for probably as long as it has been open. However, it has been dirty and disheveled looking lately. And seriously……. No potatoes with the gravy? WTH did you expect me to do with the gravy??????

Delicious, fast, and good service. They get through the long line pretty quick and have helped with a few orders. We'll be back for sure.
Unfortunately I went tonight and ordered a few double deck supreme what I got was overloaded beans no meat and lettuce on one and regular portion meat no beans a couple pieces of lettuce bothe looked they where beat up. Ordered a KFC famous bowl that had a few specks of corn and only 5 little chunks not the popcorn chix style but same size and a heaping mashed. This is the third time my order has been messed up within months apart third visit in 1yr and all three messed up.
What the heck is going on in this industry prices are to pricy for little food and not even the same great quality it's taste worse now then ever.

I went through the drive-through last night and let me tell you the lady that took my order was very well mannered, Her customer service was awesome. Then when I pulled up to the window the ladies at the window their customer service was awesome. The food very very very delicious. Thanks ladies.

My wife and i got two chicken sandwiches 2 potatoes and gravy and two coleslaw both sandwiches was so iver cooked they was hard as a rock all though them the potatoes had big lumps youguys need to go t Chick-fil-A to learn to cook we are very disappointed

KFC in Saco Maine is THE WORST! The owner of this establishment buys the SMALLEST chicken pieces he can find because he buys by the pound and sells by the piece! I've seen bigger chicken wings on pigeons and the flavor isn't there either " honestly think he's making his own dough????Just bought the 8 pc dark special 4 thighs 4 drums and actually weighed this on my home scale and came in at 1lb 2oz. I've been to other kfcs and there pieces are 3 times the size in Saco!!!!Not kidding folks don't waste your moneyIt's been the same way in Saco Goin back 15 years and yes after 10 years just decided to try it again and it SucksAnd to think I got it fresh just as they opened yuck ?
