(10/16/22 visit) The lack of ...well everything... is not the employees' fault, but the paper cheese slip left inside of our sandwich was absolutely disgusting and truthfully ruined our breakfast. I'm not one to make a scene, especially when there are 5+ people in line, but had there not been a rush I would have requested a refund. We will be going to Rover next time.

What we had for food was delicious but we had barely any selections of bagels. Basically out of everything. Only sesame or plain. No napkins, no sugar for coffee only liquid stuff.

Food first time was great, even though it was wierd seeing all the staff outside by the road, now I go to come in on a Tuesday morning, google shows open, hours on the door state they should be open. But nothing. Can't bother have your phone state not opened for x reason. Wasted time to come there. It takes minutes to update Google. If you expect business you can be respectful of your customers time. 3 forms of communication failed to communicate you are closed. May give one more chance but not soon.

Food deserves a 4.5 stars. Really delicious bagels with a solid selection of spreads and sandwich options.Online ordering is a disaster though. Forced to download an app and load money onto gift cards before making a purchase. Spent half an hour trying to make an online order before giving up.This is unacceptable in 2022. Just look how Rover Bagels just across the River in Biddeford handles online orders. I can go to their website, select menu items and instantly pay with Apple Pay all under 1 minute. No app, no account, no having to buy gift cards. Just a smooth and fast experience.

SO GOOD! If you’re looking for a good bagel in the Saco/Biddeford area, definitely check this place out. The chive cream cheese is delicious and the everything bagel is perfectly salted! The staff was very nice and hardworking. Definitely will be back. Like tomorrow.

Made an order online and made an error and selected wrong day. Called up and they cancelled making for next day. Asked for return call from manager to discuss refund so I could purchase on another day. Or a simple answer that due to my error I would not be reimbursed. After no return call x 2 to the Saco site and no response from emails x3 I am writing this review. I want to support local, but it’s hard to when they don’t respectfully return calls or emails to have a discussion.

Everything was amazing but shame on the owners for not coming in to help their one employee working today all by herself. She's did a great job, but theres no manager to help????? She needs a raise.

Kind of bummed about this place, I was excited to try it since I moved here 2 months ago.Hits: Iced coffee was good & taste of sandwich.Misses: The sandwich was missing 3 ingredients, cheese/mayo/tomato, the bagel’s texture was like frozen bagels from the supermarket.I asked but they never sliced the extra bagels I bought and I’ll second the folks on here about them being out of stuff like bacon, avocado, egg and many of the bagels.With all the options now in town, no plan to go here again.

I want to like this place, but I can't. I suspect that they have been hampered by supply chain issues (they were out of eggs on my most recent visit) and a poor location (sits back from the road below eye-level; not easy to find if you're driving). I can also sympathize with the staff, who seem to have given up on paying attention to customers (I had to remind them that I had ordered a black, unflavored iced coffee, several minutes after our food came out). But what sealed it for me this most recent visit was that the bagels were far from fresh, and even had a slightly moldy taste in the middle. Although past orders I've had here were good to mediocre, I can't recommend this place in good conscience if even their namesake food is problematic.
The last two times I’ve been here their espresso machine has been broken (about two months between my first and second visit, mind you) and then today they were out of eggs. That’s one whole side of the menu pretty much gone. I don’t understand how this is even possible. I do not think I will be going back, which is sad because there’s potential there.

Bagels are good, coffee and hot chocolate aren't good. They use Ghirardelli mix but use water not milk so it tastes really watery and not chocolatey. The coffee isn't hot and tastes like it's been sitting out a while. Today when we went a guy in front of us ordered a bagel with bacon and they said they were out of bacon then the lady behind him ordered a bacon and they weren't out of it, seemed confusing. The line was really long and it took a while for us to get out food. My boyfriend ordered light roast and it tasted like it had a flavor in it which he didn't like. There is no name/number system and they ask who's order is who's and everyone is just standing there waiting.

It's 10am on a Sunday morning, we came for lox bagel sandwiches because LOXSMITH BAGEL CO but we left with nothing because they don't have lox... not a joke... it's actually funny how poorly managed this business is. I'm sticking with Christian's in Kennebunk for lox bagels.

I really like the bagels. They have a lot of different kinds to choose from, including lots of variety of cream cheese. I’ve never had their hot coffee, but their iced coffee is pretty good. They have a lot of different flavors for their iced coffee too. Saco location is super convenient. Giving 4 stars, not 5 because my only complaint is many times my coffee order has been done wrong ( wrong size, not enough room for milk etc) However, the staff will fix this upon asking. Also, they have a lot of younger people working here which is great! However, I find some of their staff to be lackadaisical, and a few times I’ve gone in to find staff on their cellphones. Just doesn’t look good from a customer standpoint. But the food here is good. Make no mistake. I still would recommend!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They didn’t have anything available not even eggs. I ordered a bagel with salmon and there was no salmon, the bagel is tiny and the coffee tastes like cardboard.
