Terrible service every time we’ve been here. I’d say we’re good on this location from here on out.

Came to grab food after a long shift at 11pm. The woman at the window handed me my drink and then threw the bag of my food at me, I looked inside and this is how I recieved my order. Absolutely not okay.

Avoid at all cost. My off peak order took 40 min to make, and they deleted the order off the board and then tried to just give me a refund.

I went inside hungry for food. I was ready to order when the worker seemed grumpy and miserable. After I ordered, the total of money seemed more expensive than I remembered but I just went with it. When we got the food, they added another meal which we did not ask for, more fries, drinks, etc. I was in a rush so I decided to leave it be. But then I tried the fries and it tasted like a container of salt was dumped on top of them. Horrible food and service, would not recommend this location.

Honestly ordered on the kiosk, took my payment but didn't give me a receipt and was told by that cashier it was all set. After watching people get their food about 20 mins went by and asked for my order. They said they had no receipt of getting my order. Needless to say I didn't stay to replace my order Wendy's is right next door.

Worse customer service ever , been waiting for our food for 20 minutes with a few other customers and not one worker has asked any of us if we are allset , this place is horrible, workers are rude , saco maine mcdonalds , only go if you want bad service

Drive thru on a Tuesday evening and I had to wait over ten minutes to order (1 car in front of me) and after waiting a few minutes to pay at the window was told to pull into a spot for the food to be brought out. I had a burger and fries. There are currently 5 other cars waiting. Unbelievably slow service. The restaurant appears to have plenty of employees working so I’m not sure what the hold up is
