Went to the drive thru ordered 3 cheeseburgers and fries was told to park in spot 7 and then sat there for 30 min while we watched them take orders and give food to people going through behind us. Finally had to go inside and ask them for either my food or my money back. They gave me my food finally and it was falling apart missing things and a big mess. I do not recommend going to this location.

I never complain but this has been the worst place for months now. Either no diet soda, no lids so no soda or just not delivering food after ordered and paid for in drive thru. We ordered, paid and were asked to move to #2. While there we saw some cars get their order, but most were asked to park and wait. After 20 minutes of waiting and watching many people who got their food after waiting long periods, walk back in and return wrong orders, be very upset etc. it’s always this way. And I feel like management has dropped the ball and has disappointed many. We drove off after watching another car get their order wrong order and throw it out the window. I think this will be our last visit and last $20 spent here. Much better service in Biddeford!

The manager Sam called me racial slurs after I witnessed them berating one of there employees and as a black man in America in the year 2025 I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional

genuinely awful, if your thinking about getting food just avoid this location you'd be better off going to a different mcdonalds, everyone who works there is so young it might as well be a daycare.

Excessively slow and always backed up with people parked and waiting for cold food. Average wait time from payment is 7 plus minutes “every time”
There numbers will show that they are clearing drive thru fast, but had spots filled up to spot 7. Crazy

Came in at about 10, ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, a fry, and a chocolate milkshake. I received a regular quarter pounder and a fry within 10 minutes. It then took 28 minutes after my order was rang in to receive my milkshake. When I asked an employee about it she tried to claim it was already served which was untrue. I then received a shake from a disgruntled employee. In the cup was 3/4 chocolate 1/4 vanilla and it only took up 3/4s of the cup including whipped cream.

The one in Saco cant seem to get an order correct soda machines are out of order often i never ever went to a fast food and been told they were out of soda.this week the manager told me they didnt have any hot sause unbelievable
