Slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. One time they only had Coke Zero to drink. They constantly mess up orders and forget items. I’ve given this place too many chances. Do not go here the Biddeford one is better.

I give 3 stars for the following reasons:
McDonald’s is no longer inexpensive. I haven’t been in over a year.
My experience: The chicken and double cheese burgers looked like they were slapped together hastily with meat 1/2 way outside bun, lettuce everywhere, etc.
Presentation needs to be better! Quality!
Also, employee, maybe the manager, probably taking a break in dining room talking to someone on iPad - not wearing ear buds. Loud and Distracting.

I’ve literally never come here and NOT BEEN told to park and wait for my FAST FOOD. I’ve worked these places before, I get it. But every single time I get a 20pc nugget I’m made to park for 20 min. This McDonald’s is ridiculous. Someone is not managing this kitchen well.

Just went to drive up and woman at window handed me a large hot coffee and the cover wasn’t secure. The whole coffee spilt all over the inside and outside of my car and all over me. She just walked away and 2minutes later another woman brought my coffee. No apology, no napkins offered. Seriously????! Last time I go this McDonald’s and I live in this town. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

Terrible service i am a door dasher lady with the red hair and glasses told me I couldn't go through the drive through in a blizzard and then i get my order with no receipt which I need the code for and the lady tells me she doesn't have it and im not getting it so now I'm losing money I will be calling mcdonalds corporate and doordash to let them know about this terrible service and i hope they remove the saco location from door dash terrible experience

The most rude management I have encountered in the tri-state area. The only '5 stars' they would EVER earn legitimately would be for their managers acting like snobby arses on the one star: just an old crone. To five stars: fix only by hitting area with a hot meteor.

Today’s added complaint is your employees can’t even count to 10 I bought a 10 piece nugget got eight nuggets really I would call at 7 1/2 with your bits and pieces. Again food is cold.

The new buy one get one for $1… so stupid buy a hash brown for $3 and get another for 1 when it used to be buy two for $3… and places an hour away a hash brown is 0.99 stupid
