Service varies depending on when you get here. Although generally speaking it’s not the worst location I’ve ever been to and the staff is pretty friendly for the most part. As expected at peak times you can definitely plan on waiting in either the drive-thru or line in store since there are only so many people working and there is massive demand (no fault on McD’s for this one). One GIANT annoyance I have is the lamp post across from the drive thru that aggressively flickers and it’s so bad I can’t park on that side of the building as it really bothers me. That needs to be fixed because you’re going to give someone a seizure! Otherwise, fairly decent location.

Placing the order went very quickly, the line for taking orders, and paying was very efficient. However, when it came to getting my food at first I was given the wrong order, then I was told to pull up to wait, and it took 10 minutes for someone to bring me 2 Crispy Chicken sandwiches and a medium fry. It felt like I was completely forgotten about, while they were just worried about the people behind me. I understand that there was a long line behind me in the drive thru, but there wasn't any line inside the store, and my order was placed correctly so it shouldn't have taken that long for it to be brought to me, unless they messed up a bunch of orders behind me too, and gave my food to someone else.

I went to the Saco Mcdonald’s at 9:50 pm and I swear the employees must have smoked weed before their shifts?? the person handing me the food (second window) told me to pull forward. he tried yelling back at me through the window to pull in reverse, but, there was already someone behind me. he was complaining that he couldn’t hand me the food, but i…. did what he asked? our order was also missing both fries……. mcdonald’s employees need to smoke less weed on their shifts fr.
