Abdullah made my night. I had my first day off in three weeks and I had been craving the Greek salad from Pizza by Michael all day. I was so sad to hear that they didn’t have any lettuce in the house. When I called back to say that I would take it w/out the lettuce and add my own, he said he was actually going to go get the lettuce for me!! Above and beyond. We moved to Saco in June and this has been our go to spot when we are craving a pizza (and Greek salad!). We love both kinds of crust and we usually get one of each. Not sure that it’s a place that we would ever go to dine in, but when we get pizza it’s almost always to bring home anyway. I’m sure it wouldn’t disappoint however because the service is top-notch!!!

Called on a recent Saturday night at 7PM (they close @ 8) to order a pizza for pick up … the phone rang and rang and rang then the machine picked up to state that they were closed …. Really ? First and last time I will try to do business with Pizza by Michael. We do not recommend this food place at all … would I give them another try ? Chances are slim to none !!

It's become the dive bar of pizza joints. They raised their prices and skimped on all the ingredients (the doe is thinner, less sauce, less cheese). IT IS NO LONGER MICHAEL'S. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. The new owner ruined it

Saw overall, good review score and needed something good, quick. Didn’t look at recent reviews as I usually do, called, and was told I could pick up my order in 20 minutes. One hour later, after waiting for 40 minutes, they handed over my pizza with apologies, and I returned to a now super hungry family. Chaos ensued. A plain cheese pizza order was smothered in diced onions embedded in the cheese - nothing that could simply be scraped off - and hamburger or meatball. No one wanted any part of it and we had to scramble to find something else with the kids understandably disappointed, cranky, and hungrier than ever. I figured that I would at least give the pizza shot myself, and it was terrible! Not only was it basically an onion pizza, it was very soggy, undercooked, and had terrible so-called crust. I almost never write a bad review, not wanting to hurt a small business, and figuring that anyone can have an off day. But after going back to read more current reviews, I felt obligated to write this review to help knock down the overall score that was apparently based on previous ownership, and to possibly spare another family a similar disaster!

We love Pizza by Michael, always get the Michael's special.
For 14 bucks each for a small, individual pizza it would be nice to have some toppings. There was like 5 pepperonis on my entire pizza and 2 slices had none. And cheese was only in the middle. Taste was really good tho.

There is someone working there whose apron is different from the other employees—I think he is the manager. Talking with him was amazing; I had the best experience with him. When he walked past me, his perfume smelled incredible. His polite and professional behavior was outstanding. Also, the pizza I had there was delicious—I highly recommend it to everyone, especially the Greek salad!
