A Hidden Gem in Biddeford!!! đŸČđŸ„ŸđŸźđŸ„‘đŸ„—
Pacifico is an absolute gem vibrant, welcoming, and full of energy! The South American and Latin-inspired dishes burst with fresh flavors, and the homemade bread was a standout. Everything was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We loved our dinner so much that we came back two days later for brunch and it was just as amazing!

The atmosphere is lively yet comfortable, and the service truly stood out. The host was warm and attentive, checking in on us often to make sure everything was perfect something we really appreciated.

If you’re anywhere near Biddeford, do yourself a favor and make a stop at Pacifico it’s a must-visit for anyone who loves bold flavors and genuine hospitality.

wanted to like this place but nope. service was poor, took forever to get out first (and only) round of drinks. ordered yucca fries and two entrees. 40 min later got two entrees. looked at me and said “oh you ordered those?”. wife liked her chicken mole. the best part of my fried branzino was the side salad. the coconut rice tasted like it was microwaved and never even saw salt from across the kitchen. bummer.

cool dining room though, well decorated and great tropical vibes.

The drinks and appetizers were very good, and the person who was serving/hosting/bartending did a fantastic job. The live music sounded great. The only thing we didn’t like was the fried rice dish for $65 it had 4 41/50 shrimp and 4 bits of steak and tasted like straight sesame oil. Next time we would come in for just drinks and appetizers.

Just had dinner at Pacifico. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff cheerful but the food did not live up to the ambience! The mole was bland in flavor and the tofu was the same price as the chicken .
I’d go back for drinks, which were delicious, and appetizers! Sorry , you did not wow us like the atmosphere did !!

Came in just for a drink. No bartender was there. There was only one server that was also on bar and acting as hostess. Took a while just to figure that much out and thought maybe they’re just understaffed.

I told her I was just popping in for just a drink. I told her what I wanted and she asked the type of whiskey I wanted. I told her. Then she brought me water and disappeared.

I then saw her following up with the other tables. (Which was fine because they were obviously there before I came in and she was juggling 3 roles).

Then more people came in. She passed by the bar to seat them. Then she came back to the bar to bring them water.

By this time, I decided the service was sub par. They don’t seem to want to hire anyone to be available for the customers. I got up to walk away. She saw me walking off and I told her I didn’t realize she was working alone and would pass on the drink. She said it would be quick to make the drink but I was already pushed away from the lack of service.

Lastly, the bar stools sit very low in comparison to the bar top height. Very uncomfortable. I probably won’t go back.

This was our second visit to Pacifico and it’s gone downhill since our last visit a year ago. The atmosphere remains a high point, but it goes downhill from there. The service was slow at all phases of our meal. Drinks took 25 minutes to reach the table and the appetizers slowly dribbled out 15 minutes apart. The food was mediocre at best. Fried yucca was non crispy and the tostones, served as apps and sides, were soggy as if they were sitting under a heat lamp for a prolonged period of time. The entrees were ok, but no real winners. Unlikely to return on our next trip to Maine.

This place is hit or miss. Sat at the bar on a Wednesday night and experience, food , drinks , service were so bad. Asked for the check and left under 20% for tip which I almost never do. I would recommend going slow and see if they are having a good night or a bad one. I would give it 1 star on august 13th , 2025. Our previous experiences on Saturday/Sunday everything was really good and closer to a 4, so I will stretch it a bit to give 3 stars on overall experience.

Excellent brunch and delicious drinks! Everything was well seasoned and fresh tasting. The service was excellent, the restaurant is spacious, visually very appealing and clean. It’s nice to have an upscale place for brunch and dinner in Saco. The bar area is a fun place to hang out and have drinks and snacks with all its little sitting areas. Will definitely be back.

All about the atmosphere rather than food and service. Food is expensive, small portions, and bland. Typically latin food has big portions and is flavorful. A small portion of rice and a tiny chicken leg shouldn't be 40 dollars. The actual cost of rice and beans is literally pennies

It was lovely! I felt cold but they let us move to a less breezy table. The dessert was incredible and the food overall was good but I was left feeling like it was a bit overpriced. The staff was super nice though!

We had the most amazing dinner here! The atmosphere was chill and tropical. It was my husbands birthday and he doesn’t love big displays in public. One of the staff was in on this secret and made him feel special without drawing attention. And brought us the dulce de leche ricotta dessert - INCREDIBLE - comped for his birthday! So sweet - thank you for that! All of our food was delicious and gorgeous! I love ceviche and theirs was perfect. Highly recommend!

Food was just okay. Had the whole fried fish no taste whatsoever.
4 people in the party wanted the rice dish. They were somehow all out of rice.
The service was rather slow even though the place was basically empty.

What a delightful discovery! Pacifico in Saco offers plenty of parking and an inviting atmosphere that sets the tone the moment you walk in. The open layout and stylish dĂ©cor create a warm, welcoming vibe. Our server, Jordan, was fantastic—knowledgeable and attentive—guiding us through an incredible dining experience. We started with the craft drink of the night and explored the final day of their seasonal menu, which featured numerous gluten-free options. To start, we shared a beautifully presented tiradito—cold salmon with leche de tigre de ajĂ Amarillo, Peruvian corn, and quinoa. Alongside, the ensalada with cherry tomatoes, onions, burrata, and a blueberry balsamic vinaigrette was both fresh and flavorful. For the main course, we enjoyed arroz frito loaded with broccoli, zucchini, chicken, and beef. The portions were generous—enough to take some home! And we couldn't resist finishing with a smooth, rich panna cotta. Pacifico has earned a top spot on our list, and we’ll definitely be back this fall. If you're searching for outstanding food, exceptional service, and a great atmosphere, don’t miss this spot!
