Me and my girl ordered food thru door dash for delivery anywyz I ordered a chicken parmesan and I was so ready to eat it when it got to my door ? to only find out I have NO MOZZARELLA ON MY CHICKEN like really ? who's really in charge in tht place??? Moral of the story don't order for delivery ?

Delicious food. Great service. Stephanie was a great hostess. Got our food in a timely manner. Hot and cheesy food. Will stop here again for authentic Italian food. Was not rushed at all.

Went on Cinco de mayo, our third choice restaurant, after Jimmy the Greeks and Taqueria 207 which were both booked solid and had lines. Ricettas was also busy but we got in and so glad we did. Had enjoyed takeout during Covid, but this was our first time for dine in ( my wife and I are snowbirds and just flew in tonight) . . . . Cant wait to return. The Ricetta burger is awesome, the side salad option is huge and delicious ; so glad Jimmy's and Taqueria were unavailable to introduce us to our favorite Italian restaurant in Saco/OOB!

Food was good, and the server was polite, but $22 for a cheese pizza didn't impress me. There is an upstairs where live music was playing, im not sure what the downstairs is like, but the upstairs was plenty large, and had a pretty good sized bar. The parking situation was super weird... You pull into the driveway and see a large offset bump sticking up about a foot. First though is that you can't get over it, then after trying and getting over it you realize that the actual parking is adjacent and like 50 yards away from the entrance to the restaurant. It's all very confusing, and if you've got little kids it's a tad dangerous since there are 7 openings to different directions of traffic.

I love the one in Falmouth but we ordered a Hot Capicola pizza and it didn't come with basil on it. Not the same without it. I wish they'd mention it when they're out of something instead of selling food with missing ingredients. Kinda shady.

Ricetta's, does this look like a medium WELL burger to you? No, I didn't think so. I went over a year without ordering here because I've never had good luck with their takeout, and a year later absolutely nothing has changed. They save all the burnt-to-a-crisp and undercooked food for takeout customers. And you never know what you're going to get until you get home. Take out customer beware! A full refund would be nice seeing as how I couldn't eat the dinner I drove pretty far out to pick up tonight and had to make something else at home. Waste of time and money.
I've had to go gluten free due to a severe allergic reaction, so to find a place that not only offers gluten free pizza, but also will sub out gluten free pasta AND has dessert options is amazing! Its so good, and I'm certainly going to be returning here again! thank you so much for making my day today!

We have been "regulars" at Ricettas for over 25 years! We were excited to get a new one in Saco but the pizza is not consistent and we finally gave up after a really bad pizza....tasted like corner store pizza! Went back to Falmouth location because we have never had a bad pizza there only to be disappointed. It just doesnt taste like it used to and its not worth the price anymore. We are so bummed as this has always been our go to pizza place! Not sure if covid has anything to do with it or not but not willing to pay $22 for a pizza that isnt delicious!

We had only ever had appetizers and drinks at the bar before at Ricetta's. They were good, but dinner is far superior. Highly recommend the Orange Cosmopolitan, the Eggplant Parm and the Stuffed Shells - They whip the ricotta - Amazing! Our server, Derek, was phenomenal, too...Grazie!
