I frequent the Saco Starbucks and it never disappoints. Today was especially great! Chala provided such excellent and friendly support....even though I always complicate my order. She quickly provided me with exactly what I wanted....a hot, vanilla, protein, latte...skinny. Which is apparently not a real thing, but she made it so with a few work arounds. She delivered my food and beverage to my table and made sure I was happy with the drink. Very pleasant and helpful and...

Yesterday, my friend and I encountered a woman in her 40s who approached us and started yelling about something we didn’t even do. The baristas were incredibly kind and stepped in to help, speaking with her and making sure we were okay. The manager also got involved and quickly handled the situation, bringing everything back to normal.

I highly recommend this Starbucks—the staff is always so nice and helpful to customers. They even asked if we wanted them...
