Yesterday, my friend and I encountered a woman in her 40s who approached us and started yelling about something we didn’t even do. The baristas were incredibly kind and stepped in to help, speaking with her and making sure we were okay. The manager also got involved and quickly handled the situation, bringing everything back to normal.

I highly recommend this Starbucks—the staff is always so nice and helpful to customers. They even asked if we wanted them...

When I tell you I wouldn't have made it through my first semester without these guys...always great service from the extremely hard working staff who were always friendly despite running around trying to do orders at the same time. I came in a few times a week to do homework and it was a great study space. When you're paying for a coffee or tea here when you dine in, you're also paying for a nice atmosphere that smells good, has great music, and places to sit. As...

accidentally left my food there and couldn’t go back for it (mobile order pickup, only grabbed the drinks), so i called to tell them an employee could eat that food since it’d never be picked up. they remembered my name and gave me a refund for the forgotten item the next time i came in!! very very kind and absolutely made my day since it was entirely my fault not theirs!
