So disappointed. Have walked in and bought cupcakes before, enjoyed them so decided to order a specialty cake and cupcakes for my daughter’s first birthday party. Placed the order in person with a very nice young man on 6/29, he wrote down all my notes and even offered ideas on the theme. I told him I’d be in 7/8 to pick up since I lived local. Over the next 7 days, I texted, called, messaged on Instagram and Facebook to confirm a pick up time - radio silence. I went to the shop to pick up my items this morning; there was a sign on the door saying the storefront was closed but to call for delivery orders. I’ve now called 6 times, left messages, and have to go to the grocery store to get a cake for 25 people two hours before the party starts. No matter how nice or good the product is, the lack of basic customer service, especially with advanced notice and follow up , will stop me from being a customer in the future.

Very clean, immaculate in factFriendly staff - The gentleman that waited on me informed me he is Heidi's son and he was quite the gentleman. It was my first time in and about 10 minutes before close. I didn't even know it was there prior to this visit. He was patient and explained everything, had a pleasant chat with him. Very nice young man.All the products in the case were very well presented and decorated beautifully. Nothing was even the slightest bit discolored or burnt, you can tell a lot of love and skill goes into everything that is made. The only negative thing I have to say is one of personal preference. I got a peanut butter cup brownie and a cookie butter cake. Both were very sweet, a little too much in fact. I would love to see some options with less sugar or alternative sweeteners. Still a solid 5 star establishment and a great addition to the community. Will definitely drop in occasionally, I want to try the whoopie pies next time.

The best muffins I've ever had.....orange cranberry....yummy!! And the oatmeal white chocolate cranberry cookies were a crowd pleaser!!! I will definitely be ordering again!
