I mean it's a taco bell/KFC.

When did it become the norm for lobbies to be disgustingly dirty? Not specific to hear, but fast food places in general. Nobody cleans the tables, there's no sani bucket with a towel available to clean it yourself. If you sit inside you just deal with sticky tables and left over buts from who knows when...

Very nice staff but they seemed to be missing/forgetting alot of items. I was missing my drink and a few different Sauces. My sister was missing a quesadilla and 3 tacos.
There was alot of toom to sit felt clean. The food was okay but some of it was not good at all.

I just had one of the best fast-food experiences ever at Taco Bell. From the moment I got my food, I could tell it was going to be good. Everything was hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The crunch in every bite was perfect, and the seasoning hit just right not too much, not too little. My order came out super fast, but it still tasted like they actually cared about making it. The cheese was melted perfectly, the meat was seasoned well, and the sauce tied it all together. On top of that, the staff was really friendly and made me feel welcome. I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be this good, but it completely surprised me in the best way. It’s the kind of meal that makes you want to go back the next day. If every visit is like this, feels like I’ve been welcomed to a. New culture of amazing service and great food.

Does the owner not care about all of these bad reviews? Somebody needs to get this place in order. Starting with the workers. Making tacos is your job. If you don’t want to make good tacos, don’t bother coming to work. People pay for this shit.

This is the Taco Bell we go to because it’s closer to our house. Every single time I come here, I get chalupas. I always say to make sure they’re “fresh”. And I always get the same answer, “Yea they’re always fresh”. Such a lie. If I don’t say to make them fresh, the chalupa bread will be hard, chewy, & just bad. For some odd reason, the workers don’t care about this & continue to pre-make chalupas.

My experience this morning. Since it wasn’t even 11am, I figured I didn’t have to say to make sure they’re fresh. I assumed they would be since it was still early. But of course I was wrong. They tasted like they were sitting there for a couple of hours under a warm lamp. I had to tear off the whole top half of the chalupa because it was hard, chewy, soggy, all at the same time. From sitting there for a while under a warm lamp, getting soggy.

You guys always say you make chalupas fresh every time but that’s not true. You make them, throw them under a warm lamp & let them sit there for however long. You can’t do this with Chalupas. The bread doesn’t do good if it’s not fresh. It’s not that hard to make a chalupa fresh. So people just end up wasting their money & time. It’s aggravating.

So I learned my lesson with not telling the worker to ensure they’re fresh. I’m sure it’s annoying for you guys to hear it, but it’s much more annoying for the customer to get shitty chalupas they paid for. Stop pre making them. I bet the workers make their tacos perfectly, yet could care less how paying customers want there’s. Do better.

It's KFC! What do you expect? To be honest, I like their chicken and coleslaw.

from the second i walked in it was horrible. first of the entire floor was weirdly sticky and my shoes would get stuck to floor and it was really hard to lift my feet. my entire order was wrong. my tacos had tomato when i asked for none and im deathly allergic so i couldnt even eat my taco. my burrito was missing chipotle sauce and fajita chips. our food was soggy the second we got the and was completely falling apart. they forgot every sauce we asked for, and the was taco meat in my nacho cheese sauce cup. i order three larges and the gave me one with two mediums. it was horrible and we will not be returning.

Tuesday 7pm..I am mildly anemic. I needed red meat. Ordered a steak chalupa w extra steak. They verbally confirmed extra steak. I may have pushed my luck requesting spicy ranchero sauce on it as well. 1 item in total. I paid $8 and change. I received my chalupa and might as well of asked for 'light' steak. 5 tiny pieces. There was more sour cream than steak and no spicy sauce. They totally screwed me over. There is no hope for Gen Z.
