Honestly just dumbfounded. Ordered the Blackstone eggs Benedict and the eggs were over poached, which is no big deal, these things happen. However, instead of refiring the dish, the server (who seems cold and unenthusiastic) instead sent me a small ramican with 2 sauce-less poached eggs to put on my now cold Benedict. I've been in the food industry almost a decade and have never been more confused by a refire. This is the first time of 4 of coming here where something to this nature has happened.
