Really cold, they refused to let me order at the register where I can tap to pay and told me to leave. Have gotten food from Wendy's- it's not bad and you get a free burger with your receipt(once only).

I never ever leave reviews- but myself running a local Dunkin Donuts I know what is right and what is wrong with fast food service and quality. My husband and I eat out oftenly- we don’t expect perfect but I am absolutely disgusted. We ordered multiple things- went through the drive though and whoever took our order on 5/24 around 11 PM was insanely disrespectful. My food was great but my boyfriend’s burger was ice cold and he wanted a replacement- we took it to the window to ask to be remade and they wanted us to prove it was cold…. We had to walk up to the window to finally get a refund after realizing the people that work here simply do not care. Never experienced anything like this.

I never take time to write reviews but I absolutely had to this time. I just wanted some food before I went to the gym and the mcdonalds line was full so I thought "I'll just go to wendys, there's only a single car there." After I ordered and paid at the first window (the older gentlemen was very kind) I got to the second window and had to wait a few minutes, no big deal. Then all of a sudden as the window opens, my bag of food is THROWN into the window of my vehicle. Right after that she hands me my drink, and before I could even find the words to ask for a straw (kind of perplexed someone would do that), the window was closed and all I could see was this young lady walking away. Like come on dude, I'm just a chill guy trying to get a little pre workout snack 😂. This world amazes me. Anyway, step your game Wendys.
