All food was ice cold and seemed old and dry. Very disappointed in the quality of the food at the saco location.

Now that summer is over and they aren't as busy they don't seem to mess up orders. They take their time. Food is always decent for the money compared to the place next door (Mickey D's).

We had to wait more than normal for a fast food restaurant, our food was not hot, the seasoned potatoes were almost cold. The drink machine was out of most of the flavors which should have been remedied at rhe beginning of the shift. We came in at about 8:30am and it was not crowded. Overall, not a good experience

Saco Maine Wendy's sucks and the girl that was working on the fries stuck a nugget bag in the trash with her hole hand inside the trash then she with the same gloves on started dishing up fries.....it was so gross that I walked out of the restaurant and told the manager at Biddeford

Unless it's saco Maine I with my own eyes at around 8 pm watched a woman open the nuggets drop them in then take her gloved hand into the trash and I mean in it then with same hand start scooping up fries and still wearing the gloves....I walked out ..... NASTY... August 13th 2025. NASTY

Ordered single cheeseburger everything but onion. Got a dry burger with only cheese and onion. Unfortunately we were traveling and I choked down the dry thing.
