This is the worst Amatos. It just is in a good location. They struggle with handling crowds. They mostly get orders right.

Walked in to get my kids steak and cheese sandwiches after a day at Funtown. They told me since they were closing they would not do steak and cheese. If you close at nine, it doesn’t matter if somebody walks in at eight or at eight of nine. Would not recommend a sandwich and pizza shop that doesn’t make sandwich and pizzas during their listed open hours..

Went in and ordered an Italian sandwich, I figured they were Italian sandwich had other meats on it. When I opened my sandwich it was just ham and cheese, I went back in to let them know and they Had said that is their Italian sub they don’t have any other Italian sub or Italian meats, I took a menu on my way out and I read it and it claims that the first sandwich on their menu is the classic Italian cold cut. Apparently I got the original real Italian which is just ham and cheese, I would’ve thought they would’ve specified to me which Italian do you want. But instead they said sorry about that we don’t have Italian meat that is our Italian. But on the menu it says differently it says their classic Italian has salami capicola prosciutto and provolone . When I called back to let them know they said sorry about that didn’t seem to care didn’t offer me a new sandwich or anything. Anyways very disappointing especially because it says they have wonderful sandwiches, we will not be back

Your service is retched! I ordered food and patiently waited while the 3 orders that were the same food after me got there food before me! 20 minutes later I asked for my food and they said it would be another 10/15 minutes I complained and all's I got was a shrug and a whatever. Awesome way to do business, you suck!

We love Amatos Itaian sandwiches. But something wasn't quite the same as we had always gotten in the past. The black olives seemed soggy and gray in color. And the tomatoes seemed extra juicy. So, overall, it made for a wet sandwich.

Wait took forever.. the eta was 20 mins.. ended up taking like 45+.. it was dinner time though, to be fair. I've never had amatos pizza before.. I was pleasantly surprised :)

Typically I don't like giving bad reviews because I think that everybody has a bad day every once in awhile. But... The last three times that I have been to this establishment, haven't been very noteworthy. The girst time, was roughly a couple of weeks ago. I ordered a meatball parm and a large fry. The large fry was the equivalent of a toddler grabbing a handful and there was enough sauce on that meatball parm to drown that toddler with. The second time was last week. I order a double real one, checked it before leaving and discovered it was a regular italian. They remade it but I didn't bother checking it because I figured, "what are the chances of messing up the same sandwich twice?" Got home and whuddaya know - it was the same damn error! The third time was today. I had to pick up a phone order and it was scheduled to be picked up at 1:20pm. I arrived there 5 minutes early and it took me 15 minutes after the order was due to be picked up, to finally get two vegetarian Italians. I will never buy another thing from this Amato's again.

I ordered a double ham, provolone and pickle Italian to take to the beach. At noontime when I opened my sandwich it had no pickles and was filled with tons of chopped onions instead. I just got off the phone with the manager who insisted he made the sandwich himself and he made it with pickles. He said he could not give me a refund because I called the day after and he could only give me 20% off my next order. He said if I had called the day of he could give me a full refund. I will never go to that store again.
