Today, at the Scarborough location, I had the best chicken caesar wrap I have ever had. The people working were friendly and efficient. Also, we ordered 2 real Italians. Thumbs up from my other family members as well. Kudos!

I am aware that the staff here tends to be overworked and under manned. Amato's tends to have good food and decent service, but I cannot recommend this Scarborough location. (Especially as lifelong resident) Don't come here often due to my orders being messed up, given unnecessary long wait times, and irritating entrance/exit for the location. (Near impossible to take a left out with the traffic)I've had my orders given to other customers by accident (on multiple different occassions) and had wait an extra half hour or more for a sandwich. Still happens when ordering ahead over the phone or online.Recommend to at least avoid the busy hours as it's the most likely time for things to get mistakes. It's unfortunate as someone who always finds comfort in their food, but satisfaction is not guranteed with this specific location.Parking: One way parking near the front of the store that can be tricky to navigate with others not paying attention. Best area to park is out back near Route 1.

This place is garbage for the past 4 years they have gotten every order wrong than when I snapped after 4 years and complained they got heated even though they can’t make orders right as I work in the restaurant industry myself this is ludacris and 3/4 of the staff should be

I’m just going to say this right away. I am never that guy to leave a bad review. This is the first one I’ve ever left in fact. With that being said, this is the worst Amatos experience I’ve ever had. This is also my first time coming to this location. I usually have a go to location and they never disappoint. My chicken salad sandwich had stale bread, with an interesting and less pleasurable flavor than I usually experience, and with significantly less chicken salad than my go to location. My pazzo was well done brown, thin and cold, it wasn’t even cut… I was very dissatisfied after only being able to get through half of my meal. I’m sorry to have to say.

I paid for extra ham and it wasn't added. I asked for mayo on the sandwich it was left off. I repeated my order twice & still it wasnt right. Terrible sandwich.

Sandwich had to many tomatoes. When I got home to eat it the bread was saturated because of all the tomatoes.
I paid $12 for a dozen MEAT STUFFERS and got just plain old cheese. Like really I worked with food and no matter what never got 1 order wrong. Was really looking forward to eating the right

It's ok. Not much meat but it was pretty good. I had to go back in bc the mayo and mustard wasn't on it. My friend wolfed his down humming. Lol it was pretty good. I wish there was seating. Supposed have been the Italian sub. But I only had one slice of meat. Hope it was just an error.

Ordered two pasta dishes. One with sausage and one with sausage and meatballs both with an order of garlic bread. Got back to our cabin to find one pasta dish had just pasta and sauce. No sausage. Other came with sausage no meatballs. Neither of us got the garlic bread we ordered.
