I ordered an AJ rush from them and after I was handed my order, one of the staff had written some Corinthian Bible verse on it. I found that incredibly uncomfortable and inappropriate. I wanted my drink, not religious ideals pushed upon me. Do not recommend going here. *Edit* photo of the hate speech in question

The rushes were great as always however someone at this location wrote Bible verses on my friends cup. This is extremely unprofessional and unbelievably unexpectable. They wrote 2 corintheians 3:17, whoever wrote that needs to be told off or fired. I will not be returning to this location and I hope you express that this type of behavior with costomers is NOT okay.

Went there this morning and the line was insane like always. Went to the walk up window because they offer one and not one person acknowledge I was there for 6 minutes and then I left. Won’t be going back.

Been going here every day pretty much since they opened and last night was the most awful service experience I’ve ever had. The girl who was working last night was so rude for no reason at all and always is whenever she is there. Made unnecessary comments and then handed me my drinks and just stared at me and didn’t say anything. She needs to be talked to or lose her job becuase she has no customer service skills whatsoever and is always rude. It’s also not just a one time thing she always has an attitude but last night she was so rude for no reason at all. Awful experience definitely will not be going to this location anymore if that’s how they let their staff behave and act.

There was a young lady at the window doing a really good job. The girl in front of me got to the window and then they swapped staff at the window. so now a taller girl with blonde hair could be at the window when her friend came through. They just kind of sat at the window for a couple minutes and socialized.That Customer never took her wallet out to Pay. Then when she got around to the other side, her friend met her over there, passed her what she knew she wanted and they socialized a little bit more. Long enough that the line was backed up by about Nine cars. Honestly socialize another time and please get us Customers through…

Rushes were delicious BUT my friend ordered cloud top on hers and they didn’t give it to her and when she sent it back the gave her the tiniest little squirt. Not worth the extra money and I’m thoroughly displeased..
