Ordered a build-your-own through the app and somehow ended up with a pizza that tasted like it was crafted by a benevolent fire spirit. The red sauce is perfect—right in that sweet spot between too sweet and too acidic, like it knows balance better than most people I’ve met. The crust? Crisp, sturdy, and showing minimal flop, which should honestly be their slogan.

Service was top notch. The subway style ordering system was unique and fun. Most importantly, the pizza was well cooked and delicious! Only took 3 minutes, from order time to ready to eat fire grilled pizza. Check it out!

Great pizza. I always love to actually see the food made fresh in front of you. Gets VERY busy on the weekends though. Management needs to hire more weekend staff and install another oven or 2.
