We decided to dine at Chaba Thai today 8/29/2025 and wow glad we did. We were greeted and seated quickly as we walked in. Chaba was a small but clean, cozy space. We ordered cocktails, appetizers and entrees. Wow !!! Food was absolutely amazingly delicious; cocktails were excellent. Customer service was spot on and prices were reasonable. Quick, attentive and friendly. Clean bathroom. We definitely recommend and if we return to Maine, we’ll come back for more.

If there were more stars, I'd click those too!! Some of the best Thai food I've ever had!!! Their crab Rangoon is A++, perfectly crispy and well filled. We shared the Emperor PAD-THAI with chicken, pork, duck, shrimp, scallops, calamari, and beef ...just wow.
And to top it off, they make a Thai Mule that is something out of Alice and Wonderland good!

The best Thai food I have found! I really recommend the crispy pad Thai, I have never seen it anywhere else and it is soooo good.
They do take reservations for large parties which is also a major plus!

Absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been looking for a new place to find yellow curry that I really enjoy and my eyes literally lit up at my first bite. I will 100% be back to try the rest of the menu as everything I ate was amazing. Go here for some amazing food!🍲

The food is good, and the portions are large. Very friendly wait staff, and a nice and cozy atmosphere.
Their fried rice is better than other places, more real substance rather than filler. Not very greasy at all either, but also not too dry. Just a flavorful, crispy yet moist, well made plate of fried rice.
Reasonable prices too, which is always great. Give this place a try!
