Busy Friday lunch rush and a full house and still in and out in under an hour. Pleasantly surprised at steamed lunch option to come in bamboo steamer. Honestly, I get steamed chicken often at other places and this was the best steamed chicken and veg that I've ever had. Great presentation

We recently tried Chia Sen after just moving to the area, and it was an excellent first impression. We ordered the General Tso’s Chicken and the Chicken Pad Thai, and both dishes were absolutely awesome.
The General Tso’s had the perfect balance of crispy, tender chicken with just the right amount of sweetness and heat. The sauce was flavorful without being overpowering, and everything tasted fresh. The Chicken Pad Thai was just as impressive—great portion size, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor, with noodles cooked perfectly and chicken that was tender and plentiful.
Overall, the food was delicious, well-prepared, and clearly made with care. We’re excited to have found such a great spot so soon after moving here, and we will definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend Chia Sen!

We waited over an hour for our food. The server completely ignored us when would ask her a question. As a family of just three that goes out to eat at least once a week, this was the worst experience we've had since I can remember. The only saving grace was that when finally did get our food, it was decent. However, our server Never refilled our waters, got us more napkins, or asked if we needed anything the whole time. Needless to say, that was our first and last time going there. All the reviews made it seem promising.

Our favorite Chinese restaurant in Maine starting January 2025 every time we go to the Southern Maine area, I always make this family owed place my go to for lunch or dinner. Fresh, clean, crisp, tasting food. Try the egg rolls as an addon for luncheon special they are better than the Boston area restaurants, Try the Hot and Sour soup, we usually get a quart to go...

Great food, reasonable prices. Always had great/fast service dining in and getting Togo. Been a customer for over 10 years. Editing review from 6 years ago. Still great service, quality and prices. No one has better boneless spare ribs period. Try the Singapore Mei Fun or peppercorn beef bean sprout, very tasty!
